This spacious 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment is in Kingscliff's most enviable location. During your stay, you'll enjoy amazing views while being close to everything that Kingscliff township and beach has to offer.
Unwind in this sunny, modern & spacious waterfront unit. You’ll have access to a large pool & private entrance to the waterfront boardwalk. It’s a stroll to Kingscliff's wide range of cafes, restaurants & shops including Taverna, the Kingcliff Beach Hotel & Surf Club. Beautiful Cudgen Creek is directly out the front and Kingscliff Beach is at the end of the short street. Cudgen Creek is ideal for swimming, SUP, kayaking, and kids waterplay. Relax on the private balcony and enjoy the waterfront views and ocean sounds morning through to night.
The apartment is equipped with all the technology you’ll need including a private internet connection and new Digital TV so that you can logon to any streaming service (Netflix, Disney, Amazon, Stan, Apple TV). Because we all want to stay a little connected, even when we’re trying to disconnect!
The apartment is also professionally cleaned and all linen supplied including beach towels.
All that Kingscliff has to offer is within a short walk, so this is the perfect location if you’re visiting without a car. For those with a car, there is a private garage and visitor parking within a secure complex.
The 121 square metre, self-contained apartment includes a large master bedroom with an ensuite and walk-in robe. The second bedroom has two single beds and plenty of cupboard space. The main bathroom has a bath. There is also separate laundry with a tub, washing machine and tumble dryer. It also features a new kitchen and appliances including a coffee machine (and supplies) and all essential cooking equipment.
Additionally, crimsafe security screens and ceiling fans are fitted throughout the apartment so you can enjoy the sea breezes and listen to the ocean waves crashing at night with complete peace of mind.
The complex also features a large outdoor, heated pool and BBQ area - overlooking Cudgen Creek. There are sun lounges and outdoor furniture so you can relax by the pool or comfortably watch the kids.

Well equiped, lovely view over the river. The ourdioor cushions needed a good wash as did the kitchen chairs!

Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this wonderful waterfront apartment! The location was the best part. So close to the water and a very short walk into town. It was great fun exploring the surrounds, everything is walking distance. The apartment is airy and has a lovely relaxed beach feel. Lots of room to lounge and enjoy the water views. Only downside, is that the apartment is right above the pool which can get quite noisy.
