Large apartment-like place, separate bedroom and guest-room, there was a table and chairs on patio for morning tea outside.
Minimal number of utensils in kitchen. Property is located on local street, which is actively used. Wi-fi internet is very, very slow. On ground floor, the plumbing of next floor was noisy.

A fresh and nice place to stay with a very friendly and service minded host. Very clean and well kept.
The bed was not very comfortable and the sofa bed was not comfortable at all but they seldom are, I guess. The breakfast was very generous with sourmilk, milk Granola, tomato, bell pepper, ham, butter, cheese, milk, eggs and jam but the bread rolls were very, very hard and dry.
No instruction for how the TV worked and we could not figure it out but overall a very nice place to stay with very nice breakfast if you bring your own bread or bread rolls.
