About this cottage rental
Classified as "furnished tourist accommodation - 3 stars" by the Departmental Tourism Committee, following the visit of "Côte d'Or Attractivité'" in 2022, former sheepfold on 2 levels (living areas and laundry), fully fitted out in 2003 (independent building and access) located in an old farm, formerly a "barn" of the Abbey of Cîteaux, in the middle of nature.
Proximity to shops, amenities, services and leisure:
- in Fleurey-sur-Ouche, 4 km, supermarket and other food shops, doctors, dentists, nurses' offices, pharmacy, restaurant;
- in Dijon, 16 km away, you will find all the activities and leisure activities offered by a university town (cinemas, theatres, museums, restaurants of all types, swimming pools,...).
Easy access to the vineyards (Côtes de Nuits St Georges and Beaune).
SNCF stations in the village and in Dijon-Ville.
Also 10 minutes from the Dijon-Prenois motor racing circuit or the Darois aerodrome.
Motorway A 38 at 4 Km.
Reservation limited to one month.
During the winter season, the rental capacity is a maximum of 2 people.
Check-in time: between 4 p.m. and 8 p.m. without prior arrangement.

Charming attractive renovated farm building is lovely peaceful setting. Well equipped and with very helpful owner.Easy travel distance to Dijon, Beaune and other large centres but also wonderful countryside full of charming small villages and towns.

We could not have asked for a more relaxing vacation home in the French countryside. The house has all you need and you are not far from the train to Dijon. Also a close drive to the vineyards of Bourgogne. We would gladly return. Thank you Chantal!

This is a very quiet and comfortable gite in lovely countryside but within easy reach of Dijon by car, and is a good centre for exploring Burgundy. Mme Lanier is a very kind and helpful host, and the gite contains plenty of reading material on Burgundy.

Gîte très propre et très soigné, situé dans un environnement des plus fleuris et très agréable.Très bonne exposition.Décoration intérieure et extérieure très soignée .Aménagement réalisé avec beaucoup de goût par la propriétaire, qui a su exploiter au maximum ses qualités artistiques.Accueil particulièrement chaleureux.Propriétaires prêts à aider les locataires dans tous les domaines:plan détaillé pour y arriver,spécialités culinaires, visites à proximité.Apéritif d'accueil très apprécié, permettant de faire connaissance.Nous y retournerions avec le plus grand plaisir et le recommandons à tous ceux qui aiment le calme et la tranquillité,et souhaitent faire des visites intéressantes dans la journée.
