About this house rental
Built and owned by the same owner and cared for by the same team that made it possible. Maintained as though it were new with improvements every year to make every year special. Sited within one of Nantucket’s latest residential neighborhoods which has matured and is surrounded by protected open space. The setting is tranquil yet perfectly positioned to the heart of Nantucket town with all essential services close at hand - shopping, museums, and minutes from contemporary dining at its best. Nantucket’s finest beaches are a short amble away in any direction.
Light filled 6 bedrooms, 6 full bathrooms and 2 half bath main house with an open floor plan and a 2 bedroom, 2 full bathrooms and 1 half bath cottage. Outdoor spaces feature a heated gunite inground pool and spa with stone paved terraces which are complimented by an outdoor gas firepit for chilly New England evenings. The property sleeps 17-19 people in the main house and 4 people in the cottage. Wide plank, rustic European white oak floors throughout. Bathrooms are designed with white polished Dolomite marble tile.
THE FIRST FLOOR:
Enter to the foyer, and the home opens up to the great room, a fresh and modern space. Impressive living and dining area (seats 10), exquisitely furnished, suitable for quiet family dinners and larger affairs. Laundry located off the pantry.
The addition of a wet bar, Sub-Zero wine storage, and linear fireplace are added amenities and create focal points of the living space. The kitchen is suitable for the serious cook fully equipped with pantry and state of the art appliances to include Sub-Zero refrigerator, a Wolf stove top and oven and a double Miele dishwasher. Sleek and sophisticated with Caesar stone counter tops and a Caesar stone sink. Powder room perfectly positioned inside the main entrance. The porches equipped with a flat-screen TV can easily accommodate gatherings of all sizes and are accessed from the living and dining areas, offering an uninterrupted flow and extending the living spaces outdoors. Sonos sound system.
The highly sought first-floor master suite includes a king bed and ensuite bath featuring double vanity. Sliders access a stone terrace with sun loungers and pool area.
THE SECOND FLOOR
A beautifully custom crafted stairway leads to the second level which hosts three large bedrooms all en-suite. A large sun deck overlooking the pool is accessed from the second-floor hallway and offers another retreat for those that choose to take advantage of it. Master king suite with his and her closets; Guest suite with king bed. The third bedroom is a twin with double closets which completes this level.
LOWER LEVEL:
The expectations of multigenerational families are under consideration which is evident in the thoughtfully designed lower level. Enjoy the larger than life sounds and thrills of the big screen in the comfort of your movie-style theater seats, sit back and relax and go as loud as you like! Extra care was taken when constructed to include materials that will help contain sound to the theater. A large family room with ample seating offers an alternative gathering space to enjoy. Wet bar, ice maker, and beverage cooler.
Out with the old and in with the new! No need to sacrifice elegance and comfort. An upscale dorm style bunk room offers generous bed configurations. The first bunk configuration offers a king bed on the bottom with a twin overhead; the second bunk arrangement provides two separate bunks each with a full on the bottom and a twin overhead. The bathroom divides into different areas: a changing room, a large shower, a double vanity, and WC.
At the end of the hallway, there is a king bedroom (master suite on each level) a large spa style ensuite with a deep waterfall style soaking tub positioned in front of a dividing wall that accommodates a large shower and a separate WC.
The exterior can be accessed from a walk out on this level. Laundry closet and powder room.

This was our first trip to Nantucket and we found this to be the perfect place for our extended family. Eight bedrooms, which included two in the separate guest cottage and a wonderful bunk room for the grand kids with multiple bunk in a fun arrangement. An amazing game room with an eight seat movie theater room hidden behind a concealed book case door. The home is beautifully furnished and the grounds are lovingly cared for with gorgeous flowers everywhere. The home is located on a quiet cul-de-sac and an easy 15-20 minute walk to the shops and restaurants down by the harbor. Michael, the property manager, was easily accessible and very helpful. Without question this is our favorite home from among the many great places we’ve stayed!

We used this home for our intimate wedding ceremony. The home, property manager, housekeepers, and owner were all great. Easy to contact if anything came up (quick questions about where things were located, etc.)
The property is even better in person. It is stocked well for large groups, and the layout accommodates people of all ages. It is not only beautiful to look at, but functional. We had an absolute blast in the pool and hot tub. The theater room was a hit for the guys (a great place to hide for a nap!)
I just wanted to let you know that there are no complaints or even any suggestions. It was just perfection.
My biggest thank you for making my wedding week celebrations better than I could have dreamed! I will be back!

House was spectacular! A lot of thought went into the lay out of this house. Loved that all the bedrooms were large, private, and had their own bathrooms! Location was great-short bike ride from Cisco Brewery, Raw 167 (amazing lobster rolls) and short walk to town. Michael was very responsive and flexible. Definitely want to return next summer! Thanks for an amazing week!
