Region Costa Daurada in Catalonia 10 km from the village of Montroig where lived the painter Miro 150 m2 luxury villa with a neat decoration surrounded by a fully enclosed Mediterranean garden of 1400 m2 in a quiet area less than 10 kms from the beaches of monitored white sand. This villa designed to make you feel at home can accommodate 8 people,

- a double room with an extra large 2m / 2m bed
- a second with two beds of 1m / 2m,
- a third with 2 + 3 bunk beds of 80/200 cm,
- bathroom with double sink, bath,
- a separate shower room
- independent toilet with sink,
- living room (sofa and two armchairs) with satellite TV (French and Spanish channels) stereo, DVD and CD players
- an office area with office chair and wifi access
- an open kitchen with dining area (8 straw chairs)
This interior kitchen consists of a double sink, work tables, gas cooker 4 burners, electric oven, microwave, fridge / freezer, toaster, juicer, food processor, coffee maker and electric kettle, dishwasher, crockery service in sufficient quantity.

- a bathroom with a shower and a double sink, toilet
- spacious balcony overlooking the garden and pool.
Supplies of sheets, pillowcases, towels and kitchen towels are included in the rental price.

Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour dans cette maison qui possède tout ce dont nous avions besoin. La plage et toute les commodités sont à 10min en voiture. Un espace cuisine d'été vraiment bien pensé avec un barbecue 3 étoiles pour préparer de très bon repas et passer une agréable journée au bord de la piscine. Store banne très utile et couvrant un grand espace permettant là aussi de rester à proximité de la piscine. Des multiples coins reposant disposés astucieusement dans l'agréable jardin. Merci à la famille Claude pour leurs attentions à notre arrivée et leur disponibilité. Dans ce contexte un peu délicat de pandémie, ils nous ont contacté dès le début afin de faire le point ensemble. Du Grand savoir vivre! Nous conservons l'adresse et espérons pouvoir revenir.

Spacious villa and garage, large peaceful beautiful garden with numerous comfortable places to sit, sunbathe and eat. Good sized pool and barbecue. WiFi needed a card purchased from a shop and required regular rebooting
