This condo is a 2BR/2BA Penthouse Loft on the 5th floor overlooking the marina. On the first floor is a full sized, fully equipped kitchen, breakfast area, dining room, living room and the master bedroom & bath. The second floor has an open loft which overlooks the living room, the second bedroom & bath. This unit will sleep a total of 8, with a king bed in the master, a queen bed in the second bedroom and loft & a queen pullout in the living room. The balcony is accessible through French doors from both the living room and the master bedroom. Also included for your convenience are 4 TVs with cable, DVD player, washer/dryer, iron & ironing board, in room safe, wet bar and free wireless Internet. Great stay in Key West - this was our first time here and we loved the condo and the location. Check in is at 4pm but our unit was ready when we arrived at noon! The unit was very clean and had an incredible view. We could not ask for a better location either. The pool, private beach area, and the tiki bar were amazing. We will be back!

Absolutely the best location when staying in old town. Easy walk to everything around Key West. Great small beach into the Gulf we used everyday. Condo had everything we needed and the best view - even of the July 4th fireworks! Will definitely recommend.

We had some trouble with Bugs in our unit and an entire day was messed up due to 2 different elevators being broken and we were on the 5th floor. We had an 80 year old and a 15 month only....so we really neededbthe elevator

We have been coming down to Key West for years and this was my favorite place we have stayed! The location is amazing and ideal for easy access to the heart of Key West. The balcony and view of the Seaport was the best part and something we have never experienced in Key West before. It was the best way to start and end the day. A hidden gem of the property is the deck below the pool area where it gave us prime viewing for the iconic Key West sunset each night. Our flight was delayed by 7 hours getting into Key West and the property was amazing in accomodating our later then expected arrival. The booking process and communication with the host was one of the best I have experienced with using VRBO. We could not speak more highly of our time there!

The location was amazing and we had a great view of the water. The only complaints are the room was not ready at 4pm but we were able to store our bags in the room next to the reception desk and walk around. And the shower in the master bath is extremely hard to get in and out of as others have mentioned. It is a huge step over the side of the tub.

Wonderful view from porch of the harbor. Right at the start of the Key West Board walk restaurants / shops. Only two blocks away from the top of Duval St. Mallory Square is close by too. Definitely a great location for Key West activities. Can rent scooters right next door at the Hyatt. Stop by the Galleon activities room first for discount coupons.

The property was well-kept but in need of some updating. We had three couples sharing the space and failed to realize that one of the sleeping spaces was not a bedroom, therefor no privacy but that was our fault for not reading the property description more closely. The washing machine was a nice perk but it did leak. The resort itself was great! Perfect location on a harbor with plenty of retail and restaurants within walking distance. Excellent location for sunsets!

The stay was great. We’ve stayed in this Galleon unit before. Ed needs to invest some money in minor repairs/upgrades. One sink in the master bath barely drained, the whirlpool tub shower is impractical and dangerous to get in and out of, balcony doors are missing rubber stops, spiral stairs need paint and the furniture is dated. Just needs some TLC :)

Key West hasn't disappointed yet. The condo was very nice and roomy enough for the five of us - 2 couples and a single adult. Despite being "close to the action", the unit was very quite when the doors / windows were closed. 10am check out is a little brutal in Key West, but understandable based on the size of the units that need to be readied for the next reservation. We would stay at this unit again.

We only had one complaint by our group and the master bathroom has a spa tub and shower. For us short and 40+ age group getting in and out of the spa tub/shower combo could possibly be considered a safety issue. The spa tub shower combo entry/exit is approximately eighteen inches off the ground with a twelve inch ledge to step across, one leg at a time, to actually step from the outside of the tub down into the tub for showering or bathing. Stepping into the tub there is a grab bar that can be used to pull yourself in, but stepping out of the tub a person is stepping down eighteen inches with that twelve inch ledge to stretch across. We found the safest way to get in and out of the spa tub/shower combo was to sit on the 12 inch ledge and swing our legs around to get in the tub. Needless to say not the most hygienic way to enter and exit the tub/shower. Also, for older individuals the loft has the spiral staircase making it a little tough carrying luggage up to it.

Lower level is great. Upper level has steep stairs and may be difficult for some to navigate. Two bedrooms and one bath on upper level and one bedroom on lower level. There is a viewing area on the roof of the building to watch sunrises or sunsets. Plenty of good restaurants within walking distance.

This was our second time staying in this specific condo and it was all we expected. It is a wonderful unit overlooking the marina with fabulous sunrises! Communication with the unit owner was again effortless and check in was just as easy. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a place to stay when traveling to Key West.

Great view over the harbor and boat watching The listing is very accurate with a few issues with the property and the room. Room: master bath tub you can not get into if older. My husband slipped and broke his toe. I couldn’t get in so could not take a shower at all during my time there. Spiders noticed in the master bath at night. There is a spiral Staircase up to the 2nd floor that is narrow and not knee friendly. Beware of how far the metal stairs stick into the room as my friend hit her head and has a big knot on her forehead. Property: pool was very warm in August and the pool deck burned my feet-literally! Elevators were not air conditioned and hot! Liked the tiki bar on the water though. Parking is prime so get there early for a good spot.

Great view. Everything worked. Clean. Great location. Staff excellent. Would recommend. Only issue we discovered was the need for the AC/Furnace filter looked like it had never been replaced and could affect unit. We advised and it was changed immediately. Very small spiders noticed on daily bases around sink area upstairs and a few a few downstairs bathroom. Not a game changer. We were very satisfied.

The location is perfect - couple blocks from Duval St. with a CVS 2 blocks away. You basically have a condo - view is of the Marina which is stunning. Had breakfast on the large blacony overlooking the Marina every morning. It is immaculate as in the pictures. The upstairs loft has 2 rooms with beds (it does get a bit warm up there - my daughter liked it that way so I didn't bother to call to ask if this was normal). The windows have nice plantation shudders with tiny padlocks on them and you need to sign a waiver to have opened - I did and it makes the view ten times better. Great to have a washer/dryer. Ed the owner is the best - quick to answer any questions. It has a nice pool with a Tiki Bar right at the pool - you can also lay out in another area overlooking the water. Tiny tiny sanded beach-like area. My only issue was check in - I wanted to stop on my way in to get some stuff for the fridge so on the way in I called a few hours before the 4:00 check in time and the front desk refused to tell me when I called if the room was ready - "You have to be here for us to tell you if the room is ready" - that was absurd. I explained I didn't want my cold stuff to get warm in the car if he could just tell me yes or no if it is ready right now and he still refused.....so I did not go to the store beforehand and when we got there the room was in fact ready so we had to go out again (again, why not just answer my question?). Parking spaces are tiny with the indoor spaces tough to maneuver into with a large car (and there was not always outdoor spots available). Once we found an outdoor spot we never moved the car again. Overall it exceeded y expectation and for a place that comfortably sleeps 6 it is a real value.

We had a great time. The appliances are updated but the furniture could be updated as well. I wouldn’t stay in a loft unit again. The views from the loft are terrible. The master bath was almost too high for me to get in and out of. The unit was clean and felt safe (covid) to stay in.
