About this apartment rental
Second story apartment (1350 SF) in a completely updated single family home is open & airy and filled with light. Head-to-toe renovation features new stainless steel appliances, 12" gel cooled memory foam mattresses, a cozy eat-in kitchen, and includes features from the original home: (e.g. exposed brick chimney stack — sorry no working fireplace). Private entrance, dishwasher, washer/dryer & driveway parking. Five blocks from Fluor Field and the Swamp Rabbit Trail, you'll be close to all Greenville's art, music, and food festivals. It's another six blocks to the heart of downtown and loads of shops, restaurants, and happenings like the Saturday Farmer's market, and only a block-and-a-half to the Greenlink bus and free trolley stop. FYI: 7 steps to your front door, 16 to the apartment; also 5th bed (trundle) is for a small child only ($25 additional charge per night otherwise)

This property and host proved to offer us the best Air B&B stay that we have experienced. Lois was most helpful and very generous. The beds and living area were very comfortable. We were pleasantly surprised to find the kitchen well stocked with not only coffee service for the morning but also homemade muffins along with an assortment of other breakfast items, snacks, juices and soft drinks. There were many herbs, spices and other staples on hand in the pantry for anyone wanting to pick up a few market items and prepare a gourmet meal. We will definitely be back.

Lois was a fantastic host. She answered any questions that we had and we really enjoyed not only the apartment, but her lovely yard. Definitely would stay there again!

Perfect place for a weekend in Greenville - close to city center but in a nice quiet neighborhood - walked to the city a few times - apartment is fabulous, host is so accommodating and full of info about the area - put this VRBO on your list!!!
