About this apartment rental

Second story apartment (1350 SF) in a completely updated single family home is open & airy and filled with light. Head-to-toe renovation features new stainless steel appliances, 12" gel cooled memory foam mattresses, a cozy eat-in kitchen, and includes features from the original home: (e.g. exposed brick chimney stack — sorry no working fireplace). Private entrance, dishwasher, washer/dryer & driveway parking. Five blocks from Fluor Field and the Swamp Rabbit Trail, you'll be close to all Greenville's art, music, and food festivals. It's another six blocks to the heart of downtown and loads of shops, restaurants, and happenings like the Saturday Farmer's market, and only a block-and-a-half to the Greenlink bus and free trolley stop. FYI: 7 steps to your front door, 16 to the apartment; also 5th bed (trundle) is for a small child only ($25 additional charge per night otherwise)

Perfect place for a weekend in Greenville - close to city center but in a nice quiet neighborhood - walked to the city a few times - apartment is fabulous, host is so accommodating and full of info about the area - put this VRBO on your list!!!
