About this villa rental
Located in the village of Islamlar, this secluded villa has two bedrooms, one double and one twin, both with en-suite bathrooms, and a capacity for four guests. There is a large jacuzzi in the master bedroom,(2 x 2 metres). The accommodation is on one floor and consists of a spacious open plan kitchen/dining and lounge area, with a bedroom on either side. There is an additional w.c. to the living area. The property is air-conditioned throughout, has a wi-fi internet connection and a large private garden.
The villa has a distinctive semi-circular pool with a Bali style seating area in its centre, an idyllic location for guests to relax during the day or dine in the balmy evenings. This is an ideal property for those guests that enjoy swimming as the distance between two ends of the 10 metre diameter pool is approximately 15 metres in length.
The location and landscaping results in a high level of privacy of the villa, meaning that is is suitable for guests with high privacy requirements, be it for religious or other reasons.
Situated on a steep slope near the entrance of the valley, the villa has magnificent views over the valley and partial sea views. The steep approach road to the villa leads directly to the private parking space adjacent to the entrance.
The Villas location is approximately seven kilometres from the sophisticated resort town of Kalkan,(about 10-12 mins. drive), and 1.5 km from the centre of the village, where guests can purchase their daily essentials.
The nightly rates shown are based on a minimum of 7 nights occupancy. Accordingly please note that for reservations of 5 nights or less there is an additional charge of 3500 Turkish Lire for cleaning of the villa , payable in cash on arrival .

A spotlessly clean property with a gorgeous pool and poolside area which was completely private and very quiet. Located up in the hills away from busy Kalkan and amongst the local farming community with local shops a short distance away. No welcome pack was provided which would have been useful as we arrived very late in the evening. However, we were met by a very helpful guy called Kemal who was available, if needed, throughout our stay. Highly recommend for a peaceful break away.

Nous avons passé une semaine dans la villa et tout était au top, de l’accueil aux installations. Le calme et l’intimité était au rendez-vous. Le cadre est magnifique. Un grand merci à Christine pour sa disponibilité et gentillesse.

Lovely stay at this secluded villa. Beautiful infinity pool with spectacular mountain view. Extremely well appointed property. Would visit again.

Jolie maison, bien isolée, au calme pour des vacances reposantes, des aménagements de qualité, très belle piscine, tout était très propre. Christine notre sympathique interlocutrice était d'une grande disponibilité et réactivité. Néanmoins l'ensemble est perfectible notamment au niveau de certains équipements dont le nombre et la qualité sont indignes du standing revendiqué par cette location et son prix : poêle en fin de vie, casserole sans manche, pas d'épluche légume (nous en avons acheté et laissé un) ni de tire bouchon, 2 mugs tout petits pour 4, des couverts en nombre insuffisant nous obligeant à faire des machines fréquemment, pas de grille pain alors que précisé dans l'annonce (il nous a été livré par la suite après réclamation) un seul torchon pour la cuisine et pour 10 jours, pas de serviettes de piscine (notre demande est restée sans réponse du propriétaire), une Wifi au fonctionnement déplorable. Dernier point, la terrasse dispose de très peu d'ombre ce qui ne permet pas de déjeuner dehors lors des chaudes journées.
