Casale del Breschi is 200 meters from the sea, near the Albegna river, in the green of maritime pine trees, a large 18th century farmhouse, the period in which in Maremma the sanitation works wanted by the Gran Duca Pietro Leopoldo were done of Tuscany, promoter of a policy of reforms. The farm, which is located near the river, was at the center of trade in salt and coal, primary elements of the economy of those times. In the original farm we have restored a charming apartment for seaside holidays. An apartment with 2 bedrooms on the first floor. A 200-meter driveway leads from the villa to the beach where there is a space in the shade of pines and tamarisks to rest in the open air. The villa has no central heating, the apartments are available from spring to autumn.

The apartment is composed by: living room with fireplace, kitchen, 1 bedroom with double bed, 1 bedroom with 2 beds, 1 bathroom with shower, large living room with fireplace overlooking the countryside with two French windows. Next to the kitchen fitted with 4 burners, the dishes, the dishwasher, the tea towels and everything you need for a pleasant stay. The bathroom is with shower, sink, w. vs. and a bidet.
The brick ceilings are supported by wooden beams.
1 km away is the village of Albinia where you will find the Postal Office, a bank, bars, restaurants, supermarket and other shops.
From Albinia it is easy to reach the art cities of Tuscany for the day; Siena is 100 km away, Rome 150 km, Rome Airport (Leonardo da Vinci in Fiumicino) 130 km.

Vorrei custodire gelosamente il ricordo di una vacanza all'insegna del tranquillo scorrere delle giornate al mare, lontano dalla calca, mare pulito e basso, e il saluto discreto e complice dei vicini! Le piacevoli chiacchierate all'ombra dei pini inebriato dal profumo caldo della resina con chi, in questa piccola oasi, ha vissuto anni di vacanze spensierate. Il fascino di una location d'altri tempi e il piacere di aver conosciuto la Sig,ra Maddalena ed il consorte Paolo mi accompagneranno nel lungo e freddo inverno del Lodigiano con la certezza di volerci ritornare quanto prima!

Dopo ben 14 estati anni trascorse all'Elba, siamo capitati pressochè per caso qui L'appartamento è inserito in un contesto veramente piacevole, un poco isolato dal paese di Albinia, tranquillo e riservato all'interno di un antico casale situato presso le saline Breschi.
Sicuramente è l'ideale per chi ha bisogno di "staccare" dal quotidiano e voglia godersi un poco di tranquillità per ricaricare le batterie. E' dotato abbondantemente di tutto il necessario se volete cucinare e gli spazi sono ideali per una famiglia di 4 persone con figli piccoli o preadolescenti. Unica "pecca" se volgiamo sono infatti i letti della cameretta, che potrebbero risultare scomodi per ragazzi che, come il mio, hanno altezza superiore ai 175 cm. Ampia spiaggia sabbiosa libera a 50 mt e mare idoneo ai bimbi (fondale sabbioso e piuttosto basso) pressochè privo di pericoli con bellissima vista che spazia dall'Argentario a Talamone, passando dal Giglio e Montecristo. Il paese, che in verità non offre moltissimo ma ha tutti i servizi essenziali, è raggiungibile tramite pista ciclabile in 5 min. (15/20 min a piedi). Portarsi al seguito delle biciclette può sicuramente facilitare i movimenti ed anche qualche breve escursione presso la contigua riserva naturale del WWF e non solo. Possibilità di raggiungere con una certa facilità l'Argentario, Capalbio e l'oasi di Burano, Talamone o, con trasferimenti più lunghi Pitigliano (45 min) e Orvieto (1 ora 1/2 ). La proprietaria,sig.ra Poma, è molto cortese e disponibile. Location sicuramente consigliabile a famiglie in cerca di relax.
