Sleeps up to 3 Max Ground Floor Efficiency - If more people show up at check-in time, the reservation will be denied. Relax in our comfortable condominium. The Braemar Condominiums is a no-pets-allowed community. This ground-floor, freshly painted unit features laminate floors, sliders to the deck, heat, a Smart TV, and a bathroom with a tub/shower. This unit has a queen-size bed, a futon, and a set of bunk beds. It is equipped with linens, cooking utensils, a hot plate, and a full-size fridge. Fresh towels are available; please bring towels for the beach and pool. Guests are permitted one vehicle per unit. An additional vehicle is $10.00 per day. This unit has A/C! The Braemar Condominiums are individually owned. Each unit is unique! Professional management is on-site. Conveniently located on Route 6A in North Truro, Massachusetts, a short distance from beaches, bike trails, Cape Cod Light, and Provincetown. A quiet, relaxing vacation escape. We are one mile from Town Bay Beach and 2.5 miles to the National Seashore's Head of Meadow Beach.

First, the manager Travis was super accommodating, caring and a hard worker. The staff, too were great. I was an efficiency unit 15 of the Braemar Condominiums. Slept four comfortably but everything was in one large room. No privacy so that’s important to know. The pictures didn’t show that. We made it work but if you’re not all one family or same gender it might not work for you. Very good location to Provincetown, various beaches, perfect location.

This is our third time at the Braemar condos. Have stayed in two other condos. It is close to beaches, P’town, Wellfleet. The price is right and there were plenty of comfortable beds for 4. Bunk beds worked well for 13 year old and 16 year old and they are comfortable. None of us used the futon but it was comfortable enough to sit on. We stayed for 2 nights. Might need more of a kitchen for a longer stay. Lots of electrical outlets for all of our phones, iPads, etc. Pool was not open due to Covid-19 but that was to be expected. No complaints. ❤️
