We spent 2 months in this lovely apartment. We especially appreciated the open, light-filled space, the quick access to the rooftop terrace, and the washer + dryer. Internet speed was good even with simultaneous video meetings. Communication was easy with the owner and he quickly took care of a couple requests we had.
The nice park just across the street is great for walking. There's a convenience store across the street for basic groceries and several grocery stores within a 10 min drive. Kitchen is equipped with the basics for cooking.

The apartment is perfect for a small family - great location - comfortable living room as well as the beds - spacious bathroom. lots of storage if your coming with multiple travel bags. We cooked our food everyday in this well furnished kitchen which had absolutely everything we needed. the host Chris made sure we had no issues at any given time and kept checking on us.
Underground parking is a game changer
fast and brand new elevators comfortably connecting you to the underground parking.
Last but not least - NOTHING beats that view from any room in the house.
Its my go to apartment next time i visit montreal
