About this apartment rental
Completely renovated apartment
T2 of about 28m2, located on the 9th floor of the L'Alpage 1 residence (quiet Crozats area) with nearby: covered parking, shops, bar, restaurants.
Departure and arrival skis at the foot of the residence.
TV, WIFI
The apartment includes:
-An entrance with cupboard
-A bathroom with shower, heated towel rail
- A separate hanging toilet
-An open kitchen (fridge, dishwasher, induction hob with extractor hood, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, etc.)
A bedroom area with a bunk double bed (2 beds of 140 X 190) a wardrobe, a TV, possibility of cot and high chair on request
-This sleeping area is separated (by a blackout curtain) from the dining area including a dining table for 4 people with extension for 6 pers. and the living room with a 2 seater convertible sofa.
- A balcony
-A small, but practical ski locker.
The cleaning service as well as the rental of bed and bath linen are optional.

This condo is very well decorated and very convenient. It has everything you need with additional touches for a homy vibe. It is also one block from restaurants and the grocery. There is a ski shop for rentals in the building. The host was very nice and responsive. Thank you for your warm welcome!

Clean, convenient, quiet location but still in the heart of resort with easy access to lifts, slopes, supermarket, restaurants and fantastic bakery. Good communication from owners with hassle free check-in/out. Apartment was very well equipped and didn’t really need anything else apart from the use of ski locker which we couldn’t work out how to access but only only a minor niggle. Thank you, we will be back

The apartment was comfortable, clean and well finished. Laure (the host) made us feel very welcome, and was responsive to queries both before our stay, and during our time in Avoriaz. As a family we found it hard to fault this accommodation, and would happily rebook in future.
