Beautiful character house, comfortable 180 m2, tastefully renovated, located 10 minutes walk from the castle of Azay-le-Rideau and its shops.
The house has an enclosed garden of 850 m2, several terraces, a 7x4m secure swimming pool (open from May to September and heated in season) as well as a pool house: independent studio next to the swimming pool.
Inside the house, 5 bedrooms, one with private bathroom, 1 shower room, 1 bathroom, 2 WCs, a fully equipped kitchen open to a spacious living room.
So in total 6 bedrooms.
Ideal cottage for 12 people.
Maximum number of people: 16 because possibility of adding 4 mattresses for children
Comfortable service: induction hob, fridge, dishwasher, washing machine and dryer, freezer, iron and ironing board, toaster, coffee maker, raclette set, TV, stereo, Wifi.
On-site parking: up to 5 cars in the yard
Pets not allowed, non-smoking rental inside the house, no disabled access.
Weekly rental for July / August and Christmas: arrival on Saturday from 5 p.m. and departure on Saturday at 10 a.m.
Weekend rental (2nights min) possible outside school holidays: arrival and departure times according to your wishes
