About this cottage rental
Located on 6000m² property, very quiet, with pool access, our cottage offers 3-star comfort.
Can accommodate 3 people, it is composed of all the comfort of your region. With quick access to city amenities (supermarkets, petrol station, small shops, bakeries) and major roads (train station, motorway, airports), you can quickly access all your needs during your stay.

Between Canal du Midi (10 mn *), the Mediterranean Sea (35 mn *) and the Massif des Corbières (5 mn *), you will have the choice of your discoveries. You will also be close to the major tourist sites and agglomerations (Carcassonne 30mn *, Narbonne 25mn *, Béziers 40mn *, Toulouse 1h15 *, Montpellier 1h30 *, Spain 1h *) (Historic City of Carcassonne 30mn *, Palace of the Archbishops of Narbonne 25mn *, Cathar Castles of Peyrepertuse and Queribus 1h20 *, Canal du Midi 10mn *, African Reserve of Sigean 20mn *, the Australian park of Carcassonne 25 mn *, Abbey of Fontfroide 20mn *, and more: the bridge of Gard, the city of air and space of Toulouse, etc ...).

With an area of 45 sqm completely renovated, the cottage consists of a living room (kitchen + living room), bedroom, bathroom and terrace of 20sqm. WIFI access.
The room is equipped with a wardrobe, a bed (140x190),
The living room is air conditioned and has all the useful appliances (halogen hob, fridge, kitchen, microwave, mini-oven, kettle, toaster, coffee maker, TV, etc ...) and a sofa click-clac (140x190) with a real mattress.
The fully equipped bathroom (shower, sink, hair dryer, etc ...) also contains the washing machine. You also have an iron.
The terrace has a garden furniture, a barbecue, a lighting allowing a nocturnal activity.
(Children must be accompanied by an adult) and loungers available. Possibility to access swimming pool until 23h by lighting.
Reception conditions:
The cottage is designed for 3 people, it is non-smoking and does not welcome pets.
It features a private and secure parking.
Rental is by the week or weekend (October to May only for weekend rentals).
The deposit is 500 €.
The tenant must have a vacation certificate for weekly rentals.
Optional:
• Discovery of wineries and tasting initiation: 60 € / person (lunch included, with a professional oenologist) **

Merci à Qun pour son accueil, sa disponibilité. Nous avons pu emmener notre chien qui a apprécié le grand jardin.
La maison était très propre.

Un endroit au calme non loin de belles attractions : Carcassonne, Abbaye de Fontfroide ….. les propriétaires sont très agréables et serviables.

Mon mari, ma fille et moi sommes aller pour 3 jours dans ce cottage, javais discuter avec la propriétaire par message... je voulais savoir si la piscine nous été reserver durant le séjour ? Si les proprio été present ? Si il y avais du vis a vis car pour moi le but premier de ce sejour été de voir PERSONNE.
Elle me repond que les proprio (elle meme et son mari) occupe le meme parc mais quil garantisse une entiere discrétion et surtout la privatisation pour les locataires de la piscine, donc je fonce et je reserve 3 nuits.
A ma grande surprise le jour de notre arrivée la proprio nous annonce quelle recoit en ce moment meme un couple damis, ok tres bien . Sauf que assitot installer nous voyons b les proprio et le couple damis devant notre porte a ceuillir d figues... pas si genant que ca mais cetait pas du tt ce qui ete convenu ... et la cerise sur le gateau cest le samedi matin jour de notre depart ou jentends quelquun dans la piscine, je preparais ma fille pour justement faire notre dernier plouf... b non raté il y avait le couple damis dans la piscine. Du coup décu ! Le coin est top , le gite un peu plus d'aération ne serait pas de trop (odeur de renfermer) et un bon coup de menage.... mais il convient tout de meme au proprio detre un peu plus professionnel et de respecter ce qui est convenu avec les vacanciers...
Je ne comptais meme pas mettre davis mais si ca peut eviter que ca se reproduise tant mieux
