Communication was excellent and unit had everything we needed for our stay. Unit was very clean with gorgeous view of the golf course. Very peaceful location. All questions we had were answered quickly and politely. Overall a great stay!

The property is located in a nice community/area in Florida. Close to everything you will need. True 3 bed/2 bath condo with plenty of room. Description says PGA national golf course but it is not actually located on that course.

I did love the location & privacy - It’s located in an apt complex with mostly private owners, nice wooded neighborhood adjacent to PGA golf course & loved the pool (quiet, private, gets all-day sun). The owners are not very friendly tho, especially at the pool. The unit itself, however, NEEDS WORK. The outside needs to be power washed big time & entry way has cobwebs & bugs everywhere & screened-in patio needs to be updated. Inside flooring is fake hardwood that’s coming up in places. The walls are all WHITE & desperately need repainting. They are dirty & scuffed,. A fresh coat of paint would go a very long way! The refrigerator has dents & the dishwasher pulls out from underneath the cabinet when opened. There’s a lint filter for the dryer outside kitchen window - the filter was overflowing with lint - an obvious & serious fire hazard. Dining room & living room furniture needed a deep scrubbing. There’s a black plastic “chandelier” that’s cheap & tacky - needs to be replaced in my opinion. Couch has two white scruffy “decorative” pillows that are dingy & just gross. I didn’t even want to sit on the couch by the look of those pillows. Bedrooms - beds were comfy - BUT- on 1st night we were awakened at 2 am bc the entire clothing rack in one of the closets crashed to the floor. We had to buy a cheap portable clothing rack from Target for our hanging clothes. 3rd tiny bedroom no window & no dresser. That room looked like an institution- my kids refused to sleep in it. NOT cozy...one bathroom is completely outdated, while the second is very nice & clearly newly remodeled. Also, the until has verticals blinds on all windows which are OLD & cheap & many are missing. Air handler had NO FILTER & filthy with dust & cobwebs. Also, no gym to work out in.
Overall - the unit is WAY overpriced for what you get. It’s just dirty & needs a lot of TLC. It has so much potential. This is an honest & sincere review.
