About this chalet rental
In an exceptional setting, wooden chalet of 72 m2 living space, upstairs on two levels, 3 bedrooms.
At the RDCH fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, microwave), induction hob, fridge, dining room, lounge on the terrace.
A DB bedroom with 140 cm bed and en-suite shower room + WC.
ON THE FLOOR: two bedrooms, one with a 140 cm DB bed and a children's room with two pull-out single beds (2/4 drawer) opening onto a balcony.
A bathroom separates the 2 bedrooms.
In the basement, washing machine, freezer, return sink, equipment storage, access to 320 m2 unfenced garden in the heart of a private domain on the park.
Located in the heart of the Domaine de la Marina de Talaris in a private property of 130ha among pines, beeches, ferns.
The house is on the 2nd line of Lacanau lake, in the immediate vicinity of the marina and the private beach of Talaris (3 mins on foot).
Residents can take the multiple paths that crisscross La Marina.
The Bordeaux Lacanau-Océan cycle track crosses and allows you to reach the city center (2 km), golf courses including the UCPA (8 km), the casino (9 km) and the ocean (10 km).
All sports are practicable (swimming, paddle, kayak, sailing, surfing, water skiing, walking, cycling, horse riding, golf, etc.).
It is a quiet place, where you can recharge your batteries even with young children.
You come back from a very Zen vacation.
We finally recharge our batteries with nature!
At 400 m, for the exclusive use of residents:
A renovated, heated swimming pool
4 new tennis courts and another restored

We verbleven in deze Blokhut tijdens onze vakantie met als doel een rustige verblijfplaats te hebben na een dag surfen aan de kust bij Lacanau-Océan.
Is ons zee goed bevallen.
Het contact met Yolande en Benoit is heel prettig

Maison très bien équipée, parfaite pour profiter des activités du lac, dans un cadre tranquille et très arboré, pistes cyclables et terrains de tennis à quelques centaines de mètres. En outre, assez proche de l'océan. Les propriétaires sont fort sympathiques ! Bref de nombreux atouts pour des vacances réussies.

Déconnexion et repos total dans un cadre de verdure. La maison est située au milieu des pins sans vis à vis offrant une vue sur les arbres. La maison correspondait tout à fait à notre attente, rien ne manque, très fonctionnelle, idéale pour une famille ou entre amis. Nous avons beaucoup aimé prendre nos repas sur les balcons. A deux pas du lac nous avons profité des balades à pied, en vélo et en canoë... Yolande est très accueillante et nous a donné plein de bons conseils sur les activités à faire.

Nous attendions un peu mieux. Confort rustique, salle de bains avec rideau en plastique et promiscuité des voisins. Le dialogue avec les propriétaires manque de bienveillance. Nous sommes un peu déçu même si l'ensemble est plutôt sympathique, le prix n'est pas à la hauteur
