Great location! Walk to everything! Local bus stop 5 minutes walk. LA fitness, Sprout farm market, QFC, Safeway, Mc Donald's, Costco,Different Cuisine Restaurants, Alderwood mall and Movie theater. Also 405, I 5 all near by. Our house is two storage house. Our rental is in down stairs, and me and my wife live upstairs. It has completely separate entrance door. Both bedrooms have a queen size bed with full size closet in each. A full set reclining sofa is also provided in the living room. The kitchen is stocked with all of your needs including cooking utensils, dishes, stove, microwave, refrigerator, coffee pot, toaster, and more. Relax and enjoy the cozy comfort including a flat screen TV. Cable and Wi-Fi included. Washer and dryer available. Parking is at your doorstep. Library 1.6 mi far. Our retreat is all freshly updated and painted. Some books and magazines are provided for those times when you just want to relax and stay in.

This guest house was perfect for stay. Was clean and had everything we needed. We didnt spend a ton of time in the house as we were intown for my daughter's tournament but none the less we enjoyed this cozy space. Only opportunity for improvement is the outlet in the bathroom did not work but was not a huge issue.

We stayed a week, we had access to the laundry which we used, the location was very quiet. The folks staying upstairs, not so much, but it is a basement accommodation, so that is to be expected - just stating so clients will know that. The pictures are very accurate of the lodging. We forgot to tell Gabe the electrical outlet in the bathroom didn't work. I so suggest this accommodation to those visiting the Lynnwood/Everett/Edmunds area.

My husband and in-laws and I had a comfortable stay at this apartment. We had all of the supplies (linens, cooking utensils) we needed, and the location was quiet and convenient to the freeway. Our host was responsive to our messages and the check in process was easy. Definitely would stay again for my next visit.
