About this apartment rental
Parkview is a 2 bedroom penthouse overlooking the Torre del conde park. One double bedroom and one twin bedroom. Please note, due to the shape of the twin room it is not possible for the beds to be pushed together. The building is at sea level so no stairs to climb! Situated close to: Supermarket, bus station, shops, bars & restaurants. Fully air conditioned & Wifi, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, microwave, Smart tv with Netflix & Amazon Prime, for account holders. Only 5 mins from the marina. Parking nearby. Huge private terrace with chill out sofa & chairs, also a large dining table & chairs, BBQ, & sun loungers.

The apartment is really well located in central San Sebastián which makes everything very easy and it’s a lovely town. The outside space is what made this place special for us- it’s huge and we made full use of the sun loungers. Well equipped for cooking- great gas barbecue. LaGomera is a very special place with such diverse landscapes and challenging hiking. Fabulous!

Fantastic apartment right in the centre. Close to shops and restaurants but it was very quiet. Very well equipped and comfortable apartment. Had everything we needed and with lots of extras kindly left for us to use. We loved the outside space overlooking the park and the marina. Got lots of sun but had lovely furniture in the shade too. The lift was great to get your shopping and luggage to the apartment. Vicki and Jason went above and beyond to make our stay wonderful. Fantastic hosts. Just loved this apartment and will go back and stay when we go back to La Gomera. It’s a fantastic base to explore the island from. And what a beautiful island it is.
