About this apartment rental

This beautiful 1850 square foot 3 bedroom / 3 bath town home is a very private end unit which has a wall of windows that fill the living area with natural light. On the main floor, you will find a gourmet kitchen with granite counter tops and brand new stainless steel appliances. The family room has plenty of seating and a 65 inch big screen TV and opens to the private lanai. Enjoy a meal on the lanai with a BBQ and opens onto a lush greenbelt which is a short walk to the resort pool. The dining area downstairs has seating for 8. There is a separate area off the family room with a game table that is great for cards, checkers or a board game.
Upstairs you will find a loft drenched with natural light with seating to relax and read a book. The Master Bedroom is spacious with king size bed, large TV and it's own large lanai for sitting and enjoying an evening Mai Tai. The downstairs bedroom has a queen size bed and 55 inch TV. The 3rd bedroom is upstairs and has two twin size beds, 55 inch TV and is light and bright. It also has an attached bathroom.
This end unit has no one above and is PRIVATE, CLEAN, SPACIOUS, and LIGHT with plenty of windows and natural lighting.

BIKES - With this unit you will find 6 beach bike cruisers. Six 26 inch adult cruisers.

COMPLIMENTARY water and snacks. No need to run off to the store when you arrive, grab a drink and snack and relax out on the lanai and settle down after your flight.

FREE COFFEE - Keurig coffee maker with COMPLIMENTARY coffee for your stay!

ENTERTAINMENT - Large 70 inch 4K big screen TV's in the family room and TV's in all 3 bedrooms.

BEACH FUN - Beach Club access card is provided to use at the private beach club. The beach club is for Mauna Lani residents only and has a restaurant, bar, and has free beach cabana's. The unit has plenty of beach towels, beach chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards and a paddle board for our guests. We do not provide snorkel gear.

POOL - Private community pool and spa with work out room. The pool area never seems to be crowded in this very roomy 87 luxury villa community.

BEACH- Located nearby, take a 5 minute ride with the beach cruisers to the Mauna Lani Beach Club. This is a private white sand beach cove which you will have access to with the unit.

SHOPPING - The shops at Mauna Lani has shopping and dining and is a short bike ride away.

GOLF - Two championship golf courses right at your back yard. The Mauna Lani North and South courses are world class.

Whether you are active and choose to ride the beach cruisers, snorkel in the world class beaches, take a hike to explore, drive around the Big Island, or simply just walk to the pool or beach club to read a book, we are certain you will have a wonderful time at our home in paradise.

Our group of three adults had an incredible stay at this beautiful end-unit villa. Having three bedrooms and three bathrooms made all the difference—we were each able to truly relax, unplug, and enjoy our time together without stepping on each other’s toes.The villa’s location was ideal: I loved walking on the golf green at sunrise each morning, and we were close to some of the most beautiful beaches on the island. The garage full of beach gear (chairs, umbrellas, snorkel sets (we did actually bring our own masks and snorkels which turned out to be a good thing), coolers, etc.) made beach days effortless—we didn’t need to buy or rent a thing.The kitchen was one of the best-stocked we’ve ever seen in a rental. Unlike many places where everything is stripped bare, this villa had thoughtful extras like spices, oils, and all the tools we needed to cook. Paper towels, TP, and other basics were provided as well, which made things easy and stress-free.Everything was spotless, and the grounds themselves were spectacular—lush, peaceful, and beautifully maintained. The pool was almost always empty, which felt like a hidden luxury. The owners were absolutely lovely to communicate with and made the whole process seamless.All in all, this villa exceeded our expectations in every way. It’s close to everything you’d want for a Hawaiian vacation, yet feels private and tranquil. We would stay here again in a heartbeat!

A very nice place fully stocked with anything you could possibly need from beach chairs, noodles, umbrella to beach toys. The kitchen was also nicely stocked with quality appliances and cookware. The location is nice and the beach access is great. We rode the bikes to the beach but would recommend driving since the wind picks up in the afternoon. Great snorkeling at the beach down the road.

We absolutely loved our stay! The property looks just like the pictures and actually feels more spacious in-person. We had everything we could need between the kitchen, bathrooms, and garage. Cooked breakfast every morning, BBQ’d out on the patio, plenty of linens, and lots of fun gear for the beaches in the garage. We had no issues accessing the unit or the amenities - like the lovely community pool that’s just steps away from the back patio. The patio is also a fun place to bird watch or hang out while kids ran around in the grass yard. We were very happy to find plenty of activities/places to visit within easy driving or biking distance ((Kalahuipua’a Fishponds, Malama Petroglyph Trail, Holoholokai Beach, Hāpuna Beach, and the shopping center at Mauna Lani - great coffee and lunch shops). We were also close to The Saddle Road connection and other major roads, which made exploring the island via car easier as well. Plenty of space in the driveway to park the mega SUV we had rented to get our crew around the island. We hope we can come back again soon! Highly recommend this property.

We really enjoyed our stay in Mauna Lani. We were very comfortable and really enjoyed sitting on the lanai in the morning to watch the sunrise. The condo has everything and anything that you would want for an ideal vacation. The pool is only a stones throw away and was never overly crowded. The hosts were very pleasant and responsive and we really appreciated our welcome.

This unit is very convenient for families, the pool is just steps away, beautiful front lawn area and the landscaping is amazing. Waking up to the birds and beautiful sunrise is definitely "Hawaii". Had breakfast on patio every morning. Lots of parking due to long driveway. Garage is stocked with everything you need for a days at the beach. The bikes were an added surprise. Loved every bit of it.

The VRBO did not disappoint!!!! We were lucky enough to stay here for one month and loved every minute . The property was as advertised in every aspect.very spacious condo with all the amenities. Our Family of 7 stayed for Christmas week and property was perfect for us. Plenty of rooms and beds for everyone. Plenty of space for everyone to enjoy each other along with having separate quiet spaces when needed. Beds were very comfortable. Kitchen and dining area's were very large and stocked. Little things like fridge with large ice maker was nice.Two highlights for our Granddaughter's were the pool being steps away from the patio and the large amount of bikes to not only ride but choose there own special one to ride to Mauna Lani Beach that was only a 1.4 mile ride away.We highly recommend this property for any large family or multiple couples vacation.

This condo was very clean and well stocked with everything we needed for an enjoyable stay. The kitchen had everything needed for cooking meals and the grill was perfect for a bbq. The bedrooms were decorated nicely and the bed was very comfortable. The pool is steps away across the lawn, and we loved snorkeling at the private beach as well as the wonderful restaurant steps from the beach. Everything about this condo made it a wonderful and relaxing stay.

Your home truly enhanced our enjoyment of the island. After our daily adventurers, it was wonderful knowing we were returning to a safe, clean, and comfortable landing pad. The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare our meals. Anytime we looked for something, there it was (chip clips, BBQ utensils, paper towels, soap, Tupperware, down to the ample silverware). A big thank you for the chilled aloe vera gel in the fridge too. We appreciated your foresight and thoughtfulness in hosting our family of 6. Each of us slept well in the super comfy beds. There were plenty of clean towels, beach towels, and everything else we could possibly need. The bikes and beach gear were amazing too. So nice having chairs to bring while enjoying sunsets. Our son was able to ride your bikes to the beach club to do his homework. Super convenient and helpful. Great perk! Loved the game table! Lots of fun and laughs around it during our stay. We’re grateful to have found you and will absolutely seek you out again when we return. The personalized beach/grocery tote and snacks were such a nice touch too. Really made us feel welcome. This town home is the perfect place to stay on the Big Island. The home is very clean and has everything you need for your stay. The pool is right in your backyard and a very short bike ride to the private beach (which has incredible snorkeling). Everything you need to make meals is already in the kitchen. The owners are very quick to answer any questions you may have. Do not waste your time looking for another place to stay. I would not think twice about staying here again.

The access to the beach club was fabulous; our children loved the beach and getting to hang out in a cabana and learn to snorkel. A stay at this home in the Mauna Lani Golf Villas is a great way to enjoy this part of the Island. Most importantly, our host was super communicative and helpful throughout. The home itself was beautiful and fully loaded with all the necessities of a restful and fun vacation by our family of 7 (five adults, an infant and a toddler). We were just steps from the beautiful pool and only a 5 min drive or bike ride to the beach with all the amenities. It's a great swimming beach AND snorkeling spot. The host provided all the bikes and beach toys needed to maximize our use of the pool and beach too. Thank you for helping to make our family vacation one to remember!

This is easily the best place we've stayed in Hawaii. The property was incredibly clean, it's steps from a beautiful and quiet pool and hot tub, and so many amenities in the garage for all your Hawaii adventures, fully stocked kitchen with quality appliances made for a wonderful stay. The master bedroom is wonderful, and the space feels so big. Also, the game table is great for a puzzle to wind down after a day at the ocean. Book this place, you won't regret it!

Perfect space for 2 kids, parents and grandparents. Hapuna beach nearby, can get into Hilton pools if you buy passes (which we did on a day too windy for the beach). Has everything you need. Grounds are beautiful. More peaceful area to me than waikoloa but king/queen shops are close enough. Pool was steps away and never crowded. Beach club is nice and easy, you can walk the fishponds and to the auberge hotel from there. Personal touches for us when we arrived was wonderful. Thank you!

We had a wonderful time at the villas. It was a great landing pad for our adventures around the island. The hosts are quick to answer any questions even where to play pickle ball! The pool was right out the back door and wonderful. The kitchen was great to cook in and well stocked.

this was our second stay at this unit. last time, it was 3 of us, this time, 7. i was apprehensive that 7 people would be all over each other, but the roomy design helped as some would be upstairs and others down. we appreciated the well stocked kitchen (spices and coffee!), the tupperware, the great pans, rice cooker /slow cooker, etc. despite being conveniently close to the pool and gym, it was nice and quiet. easy drive to sights, great beaches, shopping, grocery or even walk or bike. some of use took advantage of the bikes in the garage and we loved it. this unit has it all. the kiddos played lots of card games on the card table and we were so happy they were not always screening. the owners?/property managers are responsive, accommodating, and just all in all, considerate and easy to work with and i appreciated their help so much. lovely aloha gift included! you will love this beautiful unit!

Great location for a family vacation. Pool access is excellent and a close drive or bike ride to the beach. Highly recommend this comfortable townhome. One warning: the stove dials are easily turned on by just brushing them as you access the cabinets. We found the far left one on multiple times which could be quite dangerous. Would definitely return.

I highly recommend this property! Everything was as advertised and was even nicer than the photos. It was clean and welcoming when we arrived. I would definitely stay here again. If there was one thing I could change, it would be some of the mattresses. They were not the most comfortable but we were fine overall. I would say that if you need a well supporting or firm mattress, you may not sleep so well on these beds. We loved the layout of the condo and it worked very well for us and our two teenage kids. Everyone had enough space! the location is also really good. Although it is not walking distance to the nearest cafés or stores, it is just a short three minute drive. The bikes were a nice touch. We had fun riding them around the neighborhood. Also, the pool was fantastic. hope to stay again!

I can't explain enough how fantastic our stay was here! The pool is right outside the backyard and the private beach is absolutely amazing and a quick drive and bike ride away with the included bikes was a huge hit with the family! The property was clean and fantastic, 3 beds, and 3 baths worked perfectly for our group of 4 adults and 3 kids. The kitchen was excellent, the only complaint was that the fridge wouldn't stay quite cold enough, but I will reach out to the manager and expect that to be fixed quickly. I cannot suggest this location enough!

My husband booked this condo for my 75th birthday visit. Our youngest daughter, her husband and 5 year old granddaughter stayed with us. What a great location!
