- ON THE SOUTH ROCHELLE, CLOSE TO THE BEACHES, A SMALL LAKE AND SHOPS OF PROXIMITY (Residence of the two beaches on Google Maps and Google Earth): We depend on the city of Aytré (north) but we are at 300 meters from La Rochelle (South), next to the large beaches
Ideal hiking, biking, walks of all kinds and beaches close (10 minutes walk).
Designed to accommodate three people (bed 140 by 190 bed and a second real bed 90 x 190)
No vis-à-vis, south-west exposure, with private gravelled area of 20 m² and garden furniture.
Barbecue.
Fully equipped kitchen, hard bedding (with box spring), bathroom / WC, washing machine, hairdryer, TNT HD, WIFI
At 7 minutes maximum by car from the station (TGV) of La Rochelle and ... 10 mn walk from the first beach.
Secure bike path close to the apartment (which runs along the entire coast and its beaches to the island of Ré).
Possibility to bring your bikes and store them in front of your house but also to rent nearby
Private parking numbered for car.

Idéalement situé, central aux iles de Ré et Oléron et très proche de la Rochelle (vieux port - Port des Minimes) . Propriétaire très sympathique et accueillant. Séjour agréable. Attention toutefois à la mention "1 chambre" car il s'agit d'une pièce de vie unique.
