Bring the whole family to this great NEWLY RENOVATED (July2024)place with lots of room for fun. This spacious 3 bed/3 bath second floor condo has everything you need to enjoy your stay in this beachfront community. Ocean view, just steps from either of the 2 adults pools, 2 kids pools, beach club with lounge chairs for everyone along with beach bar/restaurant .
The master bedroom has king bed, ceiling fan and ensuite bathroom, The 2nd bedroom is queen with ceiling fan and ensuite bathroom, The third bedroom is 2 twins, ceiling fan with bathroom directly opposite in the hall. Stacked washer/dryer in hall closet. Gas Water Heater. Fully equipped kitchen. Dining both inside and out. Lage balcony with ocean views, gas BBQ, and comfortable sofa area to enjoy the breeze and the views
Please note electric is not included in the rental rate. A meter reading will be taken with you at check-in and again as you leave. Full consumption should be paid at check-out in cash USD/or pesos

The property was clean and well maintained. The proximity to different restaurants and shops was a plus. The beach there is amazing and the staff at the beach bar were excellent. Had a great time with friends and would definitely go back to stay at this condo!

My family and I just wrapped up our 2019 summer vacation in Punta Cana. We had a wonderful time at this condo. Liz, the property manager is one of the most pleasant and professional person I have ever met thru my many travels. She was very responsive and effective in helping us during our stay. She would go the extra mile in proving tips on how to stretch our vacation budget. She also really did a wonderful job calming us down given all the news reports about what is happening in the DR. From my experience I can say they are isolated cases that can happen anywhere. It was a blast for us.
I will definitely recommend her to all my family and friends looking to visit the DR. And yes I will do back there again. What a wonderful woman Liz is. Thank you so so much for taking care of my family.
