About this apartment rental

Very nice new apartment of 40m2, modern with exposed beams, air-conditioned and heated according to the season. Totally independent, on a garage, located at the entrance of the property in a walled garden of 600m2 with private pool with free access to tenants. You will appreciate the calm and the softness of a small Provençal village of 1400 inhabitants in the heart of the famous vineyard of the Southern Côtes du Rhône.

In a very quiet street. Easy parking on road just outside. Great little flat with good kitchenette, good shower, separate toilet good size lounge, TV and A/C. You will bee. To buy supplies before arriving as no shoos or bars in walking distance. The pool is great. Not huge but easy access & quite deep at one end. Lounge chairs available. We were here in the very hot weather so the sunbathing was limited but pool was almost body temperature. Excellent.

We came for a big birthday celebration of a friend who lives in the same village. Location could not have been better. Walking distance to friends. The place is gorgeous. Air conditioning much needed in the heated kept us cool and everything you need for a a stay. But do some food shopping before you get there as no nearby local village shop. The pool area fabulous not that we had much time to use it. Owners delightful. Would highly recommend the place. We hope to come back.
