Great host Yaroslav and Dina that welcomes guests. Very responsive and always want to help. It was real pleasure to met them. Apartment is nice, clean and has all amenities that you will need. Location is also good if you like beach, it is very close to the beach, 5 minutes walk distance and big supermarket is 50 meters away.

The property was very clean and had everything that we needed. The bathroom was particularly good with an excellent shower. The public areas were clean. The lift was very useful as the property is on the fourth floor. The ‘meet and greet’ lady was on time and very friendly.

The apartment is in a residential block which should not be a problem but the immediate neighbours were very noisy. They talked and laughed loudly until the early hours of the morning. Also the street parking could be difficult at times. It was advertised that there was a swimming pool but this was closed.

One of the best stays I had on booking.Very comfortable flat equipped with all the tiny things you may need while living there. The owner is really very welcoming and ready to help. It was extremely clean and cosy. Beds are really very comfortable, it has the remote control that helps to lift up the head and legs a bit. Which is really cool helpful after a long walk. The flat ia located 5 min walk from the beach, 10 min walk from the bigger one. Good supermarket just beside the building. 15-20 min walk from the city bus station I'd highly recommend staying there and be happy to stay there one more time for the next trip to Torrevieja.
