With private pool and garden, it sits at the top of the urbanisation and commands amazing sea views. Within 2 min drive to cafes, supermarket, hairdresser, restaurant.

Tania is an excellent host! Fast in responding on our rental request and also to solve a few minor things with the house.
The house is a 3,5 on a scale 1-5 in value for money. The house is not new but well taken care of. The kitchen and the two bathrooms are quite modern in style and quality and the kitchen has all you need for cooking and also a washing machine. A large living room with a huge sofa and TV for the cold or hot evenings. It has 4 bedrooms with both good quality beds and also with really worn mattresses, which is on the negative side. Easy to upgrade.
The pool is secluded with a nice lawn and patio as well as an outdoor table and grill and 8 nice sun beads. We did not use the pool due to season. There is also a gym which we did not use.
Good to know is that a new house is being built on the adjacent lot in the line of sight to the sea. We had some disturbances from the construction during daytime but well taken care of by Tania.
Walking to the beach and sea is convenient with a bridge overpass, and it takes about 6-7 minutes to the beach where you have wonderful walking paths north and south. To the south you can find restaurants and bars on the beach.
Nearest grocery store is 5 min by car and Estepona with a lot of good restaurants is a 10 min drive away with lots of parking in garages, very convenient.
For longer tours Cadiz and Ronda is recommended as well as Malaga and Marbella.

We had a fantastic 11day stay. The villa is a great villa and well equipped the heated pool was brilliant we all enjoyed it. It is close to shops just a short drive. Estepona centre at night is great loads of places to eat and enjoy. Tanya was great we didn’t need to contact her much as everything we needed was there. We highly recommend to anyone.

A well equipped property with a nice pool, in a pleasant location 10 minutes from shops and restaurants in Estepona, 30 mins from Marbella. We all had a good week in the sun.
