About this cottage rental

Near Gemozac, between Saintes and Royan, Beaurepaire is an old farm of the XVIIth century restored to welcome all the modern comfort in the respect of its several centuries old stones. Surrounded by vineyards, on the edge of the peaceful village of Saint Simon de Pellouailles, Beaurepaire is a small corner of rural calm.
A few kilometers from the Atlantic coast and the main tourist sites of Charente Maritime, our location is ideal to enjoy this magnificent region: Royan, Cognac, Oléron, Fort Boyard, La Palmyre zoo ... Supermarkets and all shops at four Kilometers.

Nice pool. Kitchen well equipped. Shutters need some maintenance. Privacy an issue as the the other gite was very close to our door. Stairs were very narrow and steep - we had problems taking suitcases upstairs. Homeaway site said that towels provided so apart from towels for the pool we had not taken any towels with us. We had borrow towels from the owner. Overall impression of property -maintenance of shutters should be done.
