Located in a quiet pier away from the bustle of Sausalito and San Francisco yet easily accessibility to both.

Recently renovated this cozy two story 1,200 sq. ft. home features a first floor with open floor plan including a new Viking gas stove, Wolf Induction Cooktop, Sharp microwave, Bosch refrigerator and Viking dishwasher. Solar powered, Amazon Alexa controlled and iPad operated the living has 54" flat screen TV with cable + internet access.
Downstairs - a King size Casper mattress for you, bunk beds for the kids and a bathroom that has to be seen to be believed. Home comes complete with a bicycle and two kayaks free of charge. For the truly adventurous, for an additional charge rent an electric cruise' boat and/or a vintage motor scooter with sidecar at extra cost.

We were lucky enough to have some time in this sweet little houseboat. It was classy and charming and well stocked with everything one needs. Comfortable and cozy.
