About this house rental

Welcome to the Beach Villa at Paso! We are happy to open our home to fellow wine lovers looking to add a coastal breeze to their wine country experience. The Villa features three spacious king-bedrooms with plush mattresses that will make you feel like you’re floating on water! The master suite features a luxury bathroom complete with tiled shower, vanity, soaker tub, and built-in storage. The modern kitchen is complete with an island (only fitting for a coastal home!) and includes everything you’d need to prepare a home-cooked meal! Feel free to store your wine in the wine fridge, but please remember to take it with you, as we cannot be held liable for the next guests’ drinking habits. The dining table seats six and is located directly across from the door to the backyard, where you will find multiple seating options, including a cabana that seats 8! Our outdoor space also features recliner seats, a pair of cocktail chairs, and plenty of space around the fire pit to situate as many patio chairs as you desire. Back inside, you will also find plenty of seating in the living room and a 50-inch Smart TV with Netflix, Amazon, Hulu, and more already pre-loaded! Oh, and cable of course! Lastly, the guest bath has its own standing vanity, shower-tub combination, and plenty of cabinet storage. Once you experience our home and hospitality, we are fairly certain you won’t want to stay anywhere else in Paso Robles!

We very much enjoyed our stay at this beautiful home. The home is clean and well-maintained and in an excellent location. The layout was great for multiple couples and it was nice to have king beds in each room so no one had to sacrifice comfort. The owners provided detailed and helpful information about the property and Paso in general which we really appreciated! They responded very quickly to one question I had upon checkin but otherwise left us alone. The checkout time and checklist were very reasonable as well. Overall, a perfect place for our Paso trip. We will definitely stay here again!

My buddy and I come to Paso for golf every Spring. This home was perfect for us (we were supposed to be three but one guy had to cancel), very comfortable and Ken was nice enough to get us a reservation at the amazing jazz club, Libretto, in downtown Paso. The fire pit ignition didn’t work, it could use an upgrade. One cool thing….there seems to be a young deer that hangs out in the neighborhood. Nice touch!

This is a lovely house, well appointed, and the owner is very helpful (even when we had a question due to us being clueless). Kitchen has everything you could wank. We didn't take advantage of the back yard, because we had a lot going on, but it looks well set up for outdoor eating and enjoyment. It's in a quiet residential area, about a 20 minute walk to the central square, where all the restaurants are (but keep in mind that it's very uphill on the return). If I had a nit to pick, we would have liked more light in the living room (e.g., some lamps to make reading easier), but that's a small detail. We would definitely rent this place again.

We are three couples who were lucky enough to spend three nights here. The house far exceeded our expectations. It was very clean, quiet, beautifully decorated, and had everything that we could have possibly needed. Although it was raining for much of our visit, the backyard is gorgeous and set up for some fabulous entertainment. The location also could not havce been better, within walking distance of wonderful restaurants, tasting rooms, and more. The baby deer roaming around the neighborhood were the icing on the cake. I highly recommend this property and hope to make another visit in the future.

We loved this home. Beautifully remodeled, spacious and a great location. Backyard has a terrific covered patio with seating for eight and a protected deck for sipping wine. Super clean with new furnishings. Quiet and just minutes to all points Paso Robles. We were a family of six and had ample room. Highly recommend this home!

This place is even better in person. Charming home with so many artistic details. It was a "girls trip" for 4 longtime friends in their 50's. Our host was incredible and provided a ton of helpful information based on our needs. Close to town so we could check out the local wineries, restaurants and shops. We were a party of 5 women and the home accommodated all of us very comfortably. The house is very well equipped with everything needed for the weekend. The home is located in a lovely neighborhood just blocks away from downtown (you could even walk to town permitting weather). The beds were extremely comfortable and there were plenty of nice linens for everyone. Sadly, we never used the firepit out back, but it was a nice touch if we had been at the house more throughout the weekend. We did enjoy our coffee and wine on the back patio enjoying the beautiful views the yard had to offer. We would most definitely stay at this home again.

The house is just as pictured, if not better in person. There are loads of cute beach details and tile work throughout the inside and outside of the home. Perfect size for 3 couples. Fire pit in the back is a great extra touch for the evening. The house is tucked away in a cute, quite neighborhood, minutes drive from down town. 15 min walk if you would like to leave the car home. Ken was super responsive and helpful. We would stay again!

This is one of the best homes we’ve rented. We were three couples on a weekend getaway. This home was beautifully decorated and stocked and comfortably accommodated us. We especially enjoyed the outdoor fire pit where we relaxed with wine after a busy day of wine tasting. The host gave us lots of recommendations and thorough instructions for the home. The house is just as described, and the attention to detail to accommodate a group from multiple seating areas to plenty of dining space and outdoor options to sip a glass and enjoy the weather is spot on. We enjoyed the home as our home base do a couples trip and it was perfect as we could walk the area and see deer in the neighborhood and bird watch in the mornings to grill and sip a glass of good wine after day of sights and tastings. The amenities and kitchen supplies were spot on and our host was super responsive, gave tons of great suggestions to help us make the most of our trip, and was a joy to communicate with. We look forward to staying again the next time we’re in the area!

We spent 2 nights at this lovely property. I wish it could have been more. The home is in a quiet neighborhood just minutes from downtown. It was great having a king bed in each room. The house was super clean, with updated appliances. The kitchen had anything you might need to prepare a meal. The master suite bathroom had a large soaking tub and beautiful tile work. Weather was not totally cooperative (very windy during our stay) but the back yard was amazing. There was plenty of seating, a fire pit, gas grill and a large "gazebo-like" space with dining table and wine fridge. You might be tempted to just skip wine-tasting and hang out in the backyard if you visit! The living area was very nice with a large TV and comfortable furniture. We highly recommend this property and hope it will be available the next time we visit Paso Robles.
