About this house rental
Charming rustic house of 70 m2 with fireplace (insert), wooden floor and enclosed garden of 50 m2 with garden table and chairs, deckchairs and barbecue. The house is raised on a floor where the 2 bedrooms are located (1 double bed in 140 and 1 to 2 single beds in 80) access is via a pretty larch staircase. The bathroom with shower and toilet is on the first floor next to the kitchen.
Ideally located in a village in the Ubaye valley, 7 kms from the pretty town of Barcelonnette renowned for its Mexican villas, its jazz festival in July and its Latin Mexican festivals in August.

Guided tours of the Ubaye forts
Every Wednesday and Saturday morning, market in Barcelonnette
From the house, hiking, mountain biking, along the banks of the torrent or in the forest; 300m away, relaxation area and games for children.
On site, snack bar. Supermarkets 3 kms away.
You can also discover the Mercantour National Park with its magnificent lakes and its fauna rich in chamois, ibex and marmots.
White water sports nearby.
Equestrian centre, 9-hole golf course and large outdoor and heated swimming pool in Barcelonnette
Race of water with different activities in Jausiers.
You can also take the opportunity to pick up the milk at the Bourget farm
Italy is 100 kms away via the Col de Larche:
- Vinadio, pretty fortified village and the sanctuary of Santa Anna which culminates at 2000 m above sea level, magical!!
- Cuneo, charming little town with its market on Tuesdays
In winter, the ski resorts of Pra Loup and Le Sauze are respectively 15 and 20 minutes away by car
Snowshoeing is available from the house
The resort of Larche (45 mins) allows you to indulge in cross-country skiing

forte agréable petite maison ou l on retrouve tout le confort et le charme montagnard. Situation géographique idéale pour effectuer de belles randonnées des découvertes culturelles. Très bonne literie. Un très bon endroit pour se ressourcer

Location très agréable, avec un équipement très complet et une propriétaire charmante. Cerise sur le gateau, la literie est excellente, ce qui n'est jamais gagné dans les locations de vacances et qui est particulièrement appréciable lorsque l'on a des lombaires sensibles ! Région magnifique avec de tès nombreuses possibilités de randonnées à proximité.

Je renouvelle mon appréciation pour la deuxième année consécutive et j'espère qu'il y en aura une troisième. Petite maison au calme et bien équipée, permettant de profiter des nombreuses activités que propose la vallée de l'Ubaye.

La maison est effectivement bien située, et plutôt bien équipée. Accueil sympathique. Néanmoins, étant donné le tarif et les conditions de règlement, il va certainement falloir assez rapidement la remettre un peu en meilleur état, cuisine en particulier. Beaucoup de mouches en été. Le jardinet est globalement peu convivial et mériterait aussi un petit lifting.
