With wonderful sea, coast and countryside views from all main rooms, this stylishly presented, detached home is an excellent choice for families and friends looking for an extra-special getaway. Located in an elevated position overlooking the popular beach resort of Woolacombe, this spacious beach villa is just 300 metres from the huge expanse of surfing sands and all village amenities.
The house has a reverse design to take advantage of the spectacular coastal views. A large, open-plan living area on the first floor offers style and space, with a high, sloping ceiling, a large comfy sofa and stylish easy chairs. Arched floor-to-ceiling glazed doors open out onto an enclosed, decked balcony extending the living space and providing an ideal spot to relax and admire the views over the National Trust headland and Woolacombe Bay. A high-quality kitchen and dining area provides all you would need for special meals with family and friends or leisurely breakfasts planning the day ahead. On the lower floor, the spacious master bedroom has an en-suite shower room and patio doors to a covered patio. This outdoor space offers sea views alongside a hot outdoor shower and storage for surfboards, cycles and beach equipment – handy after days out in the surf. Two further bedrooms and a family bathroom are also on this level.
Located only a 300-metre walk from the village centre, yet far enough away to offer peace and quiet from the hustle and bustle, this is a brilliant base for exploring the beloved North Devon coast. Keen walkers will relish the abundance of country and coastal footpaths, with the South West Coast Path only 300 metres away. Avid surfers and beach lovers will not be disappointed with the further choice of popular beaches at Croyde (4.5 miles), Saunton (6.5 miles) and Putsborough (4 miles).

Very easy process. Very clean. Reasonably child friendly although low level ovens proved fun with very young kids. We enjoyed our stay and location superb for Woolacombe Bay beach
