Apartment very tastefully decorated, with interesting art and very good lighting. Impeccably clean. Good to have two separated sleeping spaces. The owner is very responsive and goes above and beyond, for example adding an extra twin bed for us when we preferred to sleep separately.
Booking.com says there is a jacuzzi spa, but in fact there isn't which was disappointing... Instead there is a hydrotherapy shower which unfortunately was not working during our stay. The owner is a meticulous individual and it will probably be working during yours. Also, booking.com did not make it clear that this is a basement apartment with limited natural light.

It had enough light and it was cool.
The steps at the door require attention, as there is not a broad step to stand before closing the door behind you.

It was quite spacious! The owner was polite. Unfortunately, we did not meet him but he was really helpful over the phone. It had a good kitchen. Definitely value for money! Easy to find. It was close to the city of Arta, by car! I would recommend it for short stays.
It was a semi-basement apartment, with little light and no mobile signal nor internet connection. It was quite humid. We could not find out how to use the warm water in the shower! It worked with solar power and we were there at a cloudy day so maybe there was actually no hot water at all that day. It was in a village near the city of Arta, so a car was definetely needed to access the city. I would not recommend it for long stays.

It was a basement apartment. Very small windows. This was not indicated in the advertisement. There was no sun porch as indicated in the advertisement. The photo above was not the apartment we were given.
