Great Chalet.
The proximity to the beach and the village. Very well equipped. Shower was great, beds very comfortable and we had everything we needed.

Fair property but overpriced
Location. Garden. Bathroom. 10 mins walk to the beach.
Plastic garden chairs stacked stuck together, unusable. Only four place mats for table, when it is a property that sleeps six. I think this property is overpriced. Could definitely do with an upgrade in furnishings, garden chairs and crockery.

A great base for a beach holiday
The is a great base for visiting the beach and the countryside around Croyde. It was comfortable and all on one level. The kitchen was well equipped and we cooked some decent meals. There was a hosepipe outside for washing wetuits and body boards, and plenty of space to store your bike. For a more relaxed day, there were deckchairs and a table for outdoor eating.
Croyde Beach doesn't allow dogs in the summer, although nearby Saunton does.

Superb
We had such a great stay at The Swallows. It's located within walking distance to the shops and restaurants in Croyde and a few minutes in the camper to the beach! We also enjoyed in Woolacombe which was about 15 minutes away. The property had everything we needed to self-cater and the beds were so comfy! The Christmas tree in the living room was a lovely touch that extended the boys' Christmas during our stay in December. Highly recommend.
As I booked through booking.com I was unaware that a further confirmation was required through the owners of The Swallows via email. We almost lost our booking and the full payment until I checked my emails the day before leaving.
