About this house rental
This stunning two bedroom house (can sleep up to 6) just minutes walk to the friendly surf + swimming beach Cerritos, is positioned in the perfect spot. Ocean views + mountain views lead for a stunning 360 degree delight for the eyes!
Self contained and one of only two homes on the property completely stand alone (all others are connected like townhouses). A beautiful leafy, flowered yard with outdoor kitchen, BBQ, day bed, lounge area, sun lounges is the perfect place for an afternoon snooze after a day in the surf or at the beach.
The downstairs has a living room equipped with a flatscreen Smart TV + Netflix/Roku. Wifi is available throughout the house and yard. A washer + dryer are available in the house should you need to do washing during your trip. The kitchen is equipped with everything you could need, coffee maker, four burner gas stove, oven, toaster, blender, microwave etc. There is a full downstairs bathroom, and the first bedroom which is equipped with a super comfy queen sized bed, a desk area and floor to ceiling wooden wardrobes for lots of storage and space.
Upstairs boasts a very spacious master bedroom with its own two patios off the front and side of the room. A large wardrobe with plenty of storage as well as hanging racks are available. The en suite bathroom has a good sized walk in shower, vanity and toilet.
The side deck has gorgeous views directly of the beach and the surf at Cerritos! Do a surf check from your balcony or watch the sunset over the mountain.
The forth and final outdoor living area is the top deck (third level) that has 360 degree uninterrupted views of the ocean, to desert, to mountain and back! It is stunning and a great place for a sundowner, or rooftop yoga/ meditation.
The property has 24 hour security, without feeling boxed in like a gated community. There is access to the pool and hot tub, as well as an amazing wood-fired restaurant right on the property.
The bi-lingual staff is incredibly helpful, and keep the grounds of the property tidy and luscious! If you’re looking for a place to relax, unwind, have some peace and take a deep breath this is your spot! Parking is a plenty, and patrolled day + night. The property has incredible flora and greenery all amongst it, like an oasis in the desert.
We are within easy walking distance of the famous Cerritos Beach, great surfing and swimming here. Also some great restaurants are a few steps away; including Barracuda Cantina (amazing local food + drink), Freesouls (Mediterranean wood fired food, with a roof top pool), Cactus Cafe (a great breakfasts spot with smoothies and freshly baked goods). With the beach only a 5-10 minute walk from your front door, you can also walk to the amazing Baja Zen for your morning yoga classes.

Our stay at Cas Olas 22 was pretty awesome! The owner had everything in the house that you may need. Thats a big deal in Mexico. I would definitely stay there again.

We really enjoyed our stay in Morgan's home. It was perfectly laid out for our family of four, had lovely decor, and the garden and terraces were enticing for reading and watching the shifting colors of the sky, ocean and mountains. The beach is ideal for families (go to the little hotel down the beach that has a pool, and ask to rent a large umbrella, chairs and boogie boards - about 25 USD). Thank you!
