Location
We were told we would have a swimming pool which was closed off for the whole week we were there without warning. Also we were lied to that the apartment was wheelchair accessible my partner who is in a wheelchair could not get his chair into the toliet! I then rang the man I was in contact with before we stayed who spoke perfect English then but WHEN I rang to complain he pretended he didn't speak a word of English. Absolute disgrace!!
