About this house rental

My home is 3 miles to Clear water downtown, 4.9 miles to Clear water beach and 6 miles to Sand Key beach. It is one of two units duplex. Good number of grocery stores close by. One block from Pinellas trail. Good size rooms with a queen bed and closet to hang stuffs. The street is quiet and you can have a good night sleep. Parking spot right in front if the house. Washer and dryer
People have commented how convenient it is to arrive anywhere. I live in the unit next door.

The neighborhood is an average working class one.

Clean and comfortable older home. AC is great and beds were comfortable Foam Neighborhood is a bit rough in age but Normal in this area built out in the 30-50s Fantastic restaurant N only a few streets up towards Clearwater. Nice little place for the cost! Thanks again.

Aside from a nosey neighbor, our stay was wonderful! The property was clean, well lit and spacious.
