About this house rental

You live in a 150 year old Bavarian farmhouse at the foot of the Schlossberg. It takes 10 minutes to get to the center of Oberaudorf and the valley station of the Hocheck ski area. In summer, the perfect starting point for hikes, in winter there is a cross-country ski trail right outside the front door. The Luegsteinsee is about 300 meters from the house and invites you to swim and linger. All in all, the Adventure House is the perfect starting point for your holiday in Bavaria.

The house is entirely yours during your stay, feel at home! :)
True to the motto "Dahoam is koa place, Dahoam is a G`fui!"

⛰️We want to be transparent that the house is located next to the railway tracks. In the bedrooms, special soundproof windows were installed in 2017, which ensure a comfortable night's sleep. Nevertheless, we have earplugs ready for guests with light sleep :) Judging by the feedback of our guests, the train noises are not annoying.

⛰️We (Anna, Tyler and Loni) live in the old threshing floor of the farmhouse. Do not worry, we still offer our guests 100% privacy and a private entrance to the farmhouse. If you want to come over to us on "a Hoibe" or if you have questions about the house and its surroundings, you are always welcome to us :)

⛰️Please no parties!! We are not a party houses. No party, JGA, Bachelor/ette as our property does not allow for this. We are perfect for family style dinners and cozy beers!

Erholsamer Winterurlaub mit Freunden

Wir waren mit 3 Familien und unseren fast erwachsenen Kindern eine Woche in Oberaudorf zum Winterurlaub. Das Haus ist sehr gemütlich auch für diejenigen, die tagsüber liebr zu Hause bleiben wollten. Das Skigebiet "Wilder Kaiser" zog die meisten von uns täglich zum Skifahren. Unsere Langläufer, Spaziergänger und Saunafreunde kamen aber auch voll auf ihre Kosten. Es hat uns so gut gefallen, dass wir gleich für nächstes Jahr wieder gebucht haben. Vielen Dank an Anna und Tyler für die Gastfreundschaft!

Wir haben mit zehn Personen dieses urgemütliche Haus als Rückzugs- und Erholungsbasis genossen. Die gute Stube war "unser" Zimmer und hat quasi von allein zu guter Laune und einem erfolgreichem Teamevent beigetragen. Die Küche ist super ausgestattet und Kühlmöglichkeiten reichlich vorhanden. Die Badezimmer sind geräumig und wir hatten kein "Stauproblem" mit den beiden Duschen und den drei "Töpfen" ;-). Die Schlafzimmer rundeten das Gesamtbild herrlich ab :-). Die Gastgeber Anna und Taylor sind super freundlich und vor allem : herzlich und herrlich Tiefenentspannt. Sie helfen wo sie können. Wir hatten bei den Beiden auch eine mittelschwere Bergtour gebucht - diese war supi gut vorbereitet und hat uns Flachrandtiroler im genau richtigen Masse gefordert und uns sehr zufrieden am Gipfelkreuz wiederfinden lassen. Bergkäse, Mettwurst und Zirbel als Belohnung inklusive :-). Das gesamte Team hat sich "sauwohl" gefühlt. Wir kommen ganz sicher wieder. Danke.schööön.
