The location was great and we enjoyed the house. It was well equipped and convenient.

Pool / hot tub was a perfect setup for our family of 4. Our kids love swimming all hours of the day and the pool has lightning for evening swims. House has some deferred maintenance (lightbulbs burnt out, ceiling fan switches not working properly, etc). These were minor annoyances, but did not overly detract from the stay. Nice quiet cul-de-sac with very little noise.

Lovely home and manager was very responsive to our needs. However, the VRBO site listed 2 king beds and 1 queen in one place and 1 king and 2 queens in another. In reality there were 2 kings and a small double bed.
Internet connection was not adequate for general use.( 45 mbps per second).
