Extremely friendly and helpful personnel. We came to make a surprise to our relatives and we got so much help and support in this from ladies on reception - huge shout out to them. The room was upgraded for the needs of our family - perfect experience. Everything was clean in the room. Decent breakfast food.

A lovely hotel!
Nice rooms, great breakfast, friendly staff and a variety of swimming pools.
This is a great hotel, but it is not 4 stars, but 3 because it is not very clean and new.
The room is nice, but it lacks extra things to be really great, such as a hook for hanging towels and especially glass so that the water does not come out and wets the entire shower room. I am an elderly woman and I was constantly afraid of slipping because the floor was always wet.
The hotel consists of several buildings and there are very sharp slopes (and without any railings!) So it is really not a recommended hotel for adults with mobility difficulties.
For some reason, all the information and activities are in French, meaning that we, tourists who know English, simply had no information about the spa treatments and most of the activities (bingo, songs etc) were not for us because we did not understand a word.
In addition, the food at breakfast is delicious and there is a lot to choose from , but there is no change. We stayed for a week and not one dish has been altered , everything is exactly the same.

Staff very very friendly.. location is fantastic.. very clean .. sea is incredible.. food delicious and variety.. beverage was nice .. we get Massage free of charge ❤️ it was really great accommodation in this Hotel
Some rooms have old bathrooms as per the manger info there .. swimming pools not heated and not warm that’s mean swimming pools from 15 September not suitable for swimming really cold water .. no kids activities..

Generally great food options. Two pools to choose from, 5 minute walk from the closest beach. Comfortable rooms. Was able to check-in earlier.
My shoes were lost from the luggage room (after leaving them there for 3 days). Hotel couldn't find them nor offered reinbursement. Desserts not exactly varied. Ceiling shower head not working in my room. Very loud pool events. If you don't have children (and would rather avoid the associated noise), maybe choose another location.
