The villa was nice, it had a large garden with flowers and trees, room was good, bed comfy. Good value for the money and it's somehow close to the beach.
Some things can be improved, as fridge (it was old and dirty) and maybe to add a tv in the room. Bathroom is small but if you don t close the door when shower it s ok.

The host Aisha is the sweetest most helpful person I have ever met, whatever we needed she was ready to help with, even gave me painkillers when I felt sick. The location of the apartment is amazing as well, around 10 minutes walk from the center. We really liked the view from the apartment, and the garden with all the plants and trees is wonderful. I have never had the chance to cook on a balcony, but I really liked this experience.

Fine villa with a very nice garden in front, under a 10-minute walk to the beach. Very friendly and helpful hosts. A high caliber of guests, based on my experience.
Only the Durres infrastructure. Be careful on the sidewalks, and there was an 8-hour power outage, though I'm assured it was the first of anywhere near that duration in 10 years. Not the fault of Villa Osmani, of course.

The host was extremely nice to us, she is lovely!!! The place is nice and clean, we got the big room and that's perfect for a weeks stay. I also wanted to say that the neighborhood is nice, we as two girls felt safe! Near the beach and near supermarkets.
