About this villa rental
Luxurious villa with fine finishes, overlooking a 6 hectare vineyard on a hill. The villa is spread over 3 floors plus a tavern each served by a lift for an area of 1200sqm. There are 7 bedrooms, 7 bathrooms (mostly ensuite), two huge living rooms with fireplaces, a very modern kitchen, a games room with billiards and table football. The villa is surrounded by a huge fenced garden, embellished with a beautiful infinity pool with breathtaking views. Located 20 minutes from Acqui Terme and Ovada, 40 minutes from Genoa, one hour from Milan and 30 minutes from a beautiful golf course.
In addition to being a beautiful property, the Turri are also a thriving winery with high quality DOC wine with its own cellar for winemaking. What was once the barn of the old farmhouse has been converted into a dining area with a large central brazier, full kitchen, lounge and huge terrace with panoramic views. Outside the villa there is a large gazebo with a circular stone table for 12 people where to entertain for al fresco meals overlooking the pool and vineyards; the entire villa is surrounded by a patio with an outside sitting area. Wood oven area with large table surrounded by shady hedge. Chicken coop with fresh eggs, large vegetable garden, orchard. A couple of caretakers take care of the whole property (husband and wife, their villa is at the entrance and separated from the rest of the structure) as well as two wonderful German shepherds (if necessary refutable in their enclosure) extremely sociable with all the guests. Golf club sets are available on request. The structure is suitable for disabled people, as the internal lift reaches all floors.
