About this house rental
Super nice place for weekends. Ideal to stay for family outings, to visit the Ski Mountain Park in São Roque, the famous Wine Route with its famous restaurants, wineries and many other places of São Roque Tourist Resort.
Pool with slide, a good barbecue near the house and pool and another for larger numbers of people, games, snooker and foosball, - two games tables in the social area, one being a classic pool snooker (08 balls) and numbered ball game (16) foosball with 06 balls; Fireplace at last all for the comfort of your family. Cozy environments.
The 5 suites are independent offering more comfort for guests. Complete infrastructure! - one more room for 2 people without bathroom. Fans installed in all dorms! TV with digital signal
Km. 48 Bunjiro Nakao Highway along the same route as the Wine Route or also by Raposo Tavares. Support for accommodation of 20 to 22 people, small pets allowed.
Ideal for small events, up to 50 people, for 1 day, such as birthdays, holiday team barbecues and more!
The Barbecue Grill has a snack plate for you to snack for the family! Be the 'bartender'. Two barbecues in different environments! Pizza oven.
In the space there are two complete houses, one of them for private use and is closed during the rental.

Total of 05 suites all very large single plus one bedroom. The Suites mostly come with box-type box-spring beds from Americanflex, a mattress and bedding supplier for hotels - and thus offer great comfort.
The individuality of each suite makes the guest looking to rest, be able to stay in a secluded environment in their suite. All suites have dressers for clothes and one with TV and digital signal, bathrooms with Box and 220V showers, with cabinets under the sink and one with two sinks. In the larger suite hot water in the sinks and in the shower Electric heating (no extra light charge).
Safe place in the region of upscale farms, absolute cleanliness rich in finishing details.
Bed, table and bath linen is not provided. Only pillow provided. (to avoid too much volume in your car!)

The farmhouse can comfortably sleep up to 22 people, each in their own bed. It is not allowed to use extra tents or mats; Visits from relatives or friends during the stay will be charged additional amount.
Both the hob and the house stove, as well as the barbecue cooktop stove, will be stocked with gas cylinder. In the barbecue a fridge, a fridge in the kitchen of the house, a 6-burner stove and all the necessary furniture.
Ballroom consists of dining room with table and 6 chairs, living room with TV and digital signal, two game tables (foosball and snooker).
Make a fire! You can also make a fire! Fire Pit (garden fireplace) made of stones made for it! (wood to match).
The rental is only for a predetermined group of people throughout the space.

Viajamos com toda família e todos ficaram muito bem acomodados nas suas suítes .
Local lindo com todos os utensílios necessários para estadia.
Forno de pizza excelente,chapa para lanches e churrasqueiras funcionando perfeitamente.
O anfitrião Fábio muito atencioso e prestativo,nos ajudou disponibizando lenha para pizza ,lareira e para a fogueira que eles mesmos montaram para nos ajudar.
Também nossos pets ficaram à vontade pois a propriedade é toda cercada .
Com certeza voltaremos.

A casa é ótima, bem cuidada e própria para descanso. O anfitrião sr Fábio é muito gentil e atencioso. Nos deu toda a atenção necessária e cuidou de cada detalhe para que tudo saísse bem. Com certeza voltaremos!
