Self check-in was easy. Easy to find and access with car rental. Parking available. Facilities available were outstanding, Fridge with freezer, microwave and hotplate. Even had a little extension cord so you could set your phone charger where you wanted.Best bit was the washer and dryer where we could catch up on our laundry as we were halfway through our holiday. Loved the music in the Foyer, really got you into a Groovin mood.

Was all good

The projector, the washer and dryer in the room, the sofa, the shower and toilet being in different rooms, the air conditioner being on already when we entered the room.

The room gets really hot after using the dryer, but the vents didn't clear it up. The lights for the room are all connected, so you either turn them all on or all off, no dimming option.

Had everything needed. Laundry. Elevator.

We liked Naha neighborhood better than Nago, which had nothing to do with the property though! Nago was sleepier, and probably would be best to rent a car.

Bathroom was sparkling clean and had all amenities. There was a fridge, stove and cooking utensils. Washer and dryer (with detergent even!) were super convenient for washing salty towels after swimming.

Condo accommodation so no front desk or staff members to help on-site. Email with the pin codes to open the front door and our room was all in Japanese so we had to use Google translate which didn't give the best translation and we struggled to get the front door open at first. The email did include a video link showing how to open the door but since the email is only sent the day you check-in, if you don't have wifi/data access to watch the video it's not particularly helpful. And because there are no staff on site, it can be a little stressful. In fact we heard someone banging on the door because they couldn't get in at one point! We had trouble finding someplace to eat in the evening because the area seems quiet and suburban but there is a convenience store a 10 minute walk away.
