About this bed and breakfast
Welcome to our small apartment in the conservation area Loschwitz!
You stay with us very quiet in a dead end and most woken by birdsong.
Nevertheless, after 5 minutes walk you reach the tram line 11 (direct connection to the city, Neustadt and both stations) or in 10 minutes to Körnerplatz the famous "Blue Wonder".
A small bedroom, a living / dining room with another sleeping possibility (on the sofa) and mini kitchen and a shower room, all well equipped, are waiting for you. A cot can be provided if required.

Wir sind herzlich mit unseren empfangen wurden. Die Unterkunft ist klein, hat aber alles was man braucht. Sehr ruhige Lage.

Niedliches Gartenhaus zur fewo umgebaut. Ausstattung ist auf das wesentliche reduziert. Sehr nette Vermieterin, der kleine Willkommensgruß war sehr sympathisch.
Leider ist die fewo sehr in die Jahre gekommen und das sieht man der Ausstattung auch an, so dass es stellenweise etwas schmuddelig wirkt. Ich würde mir eine Modernisierung für das Häuschen wünschen, da viel Potential vorhanden ist.
Wir haben uns aber wohl gefühlt und gut geschlafen und alles war ordentlich und sauber. Für einen kurzurlaub auf jeden Fall ausreichend.
Die Lage im Villenviertel loschwitz hat viel zu bieten.

Die Lage ist sehr gut und ruhig - fußläufig Geschäfte und Verkehrsmittel zu erreichen.
Die Wohnung ist in die Jahre gekommen und könnte besser ausgestattet sein.
Ein Kleiderschrank fehlte völlig. Beim Fernsehen konnte man nur das ARD und die Regionalsender empfangen. Wir haben bisher in jeder Ferienwohnung SAT-TV vorgefunden. Wlan funktionierte jedoch gut.
