Here we offer you an immaculate villa in a medieval village in Tuscany, with a magnificent view from all rooms.
The beautifully landscaped garden captivates with its elegant swimming pool (10 x 5m) and the breathtaking view. The property is just a 10-minute drive from the nearest town with shops and daily necessities. The villa was built of high quality and offers a very comfortable standard of living, with large kitchen and dining area, living room with fireplace, bathroom, laundry room and garage on the ground floor; three bedrooms (two with en-suite bathrooms and private terrace with panoramic views) on the first floor.

The villa was located in a very peaceful location we stayed as a family group of 8 and overall had a great stay although there were positives and negatives. Positives Lovely pool, kitchen, bathrooms, bedrooms and outdoor terrace. Negatives Not much in the local area without a long drive, not enough sun beds. The fourth bedroom is the lounge with no air con. Air con not working in main bedroom and the agent was unable to fix this so uncomfortable sleeping. We had a good holiday but would not return.

The house itself is very comfortable , clean and well equipped in an astonishingly beautifull landscape on which it offers a fantastic panoramic view. However : it needs better care in order to be in line with the quality you may expect for this price level. Some examples : when arriving a broken football kicker game is standing in front of the garage ( as a first impression when arriving what would you think?) , the house is supposed to be for eight and as such also being sold in the online advert but only five terras chairs chairs are foreseen , oh yeah a sixt one ( broken ...) is to be found in the garage . As for the rest we foundd left and right other debris including garbage being left behind after one of the blinds...The amount of cutlery ( knives , forks ..) is just sufficient. The real capacity of the house is for maximum six , especially in summer since the fouth "bedroom' which is actually part of the downstairs living has no airco. It would be more fair to sell it for six instead of eight. As fot the check in , we did not see anyone from the agency , we basically exchenged whats app messages . One last advice if I were the owner I would invest in relationship building with the neighbours. It felt like thare were old disputes around the use of driveways by cars. The access to the house by car is rather difficult for bigger cars and non Italian drivers not being used to this kind of "roads" . The neighbours were not helpfull in that respect , quite the con

House is very nice, great views and very well furnished to a high standard. Beds were very good and comfortable Our only issue was a broken aircon unit controller in one bedroom which meant it was either too hot or too cold to use so we only could use 2 of the 3 bedrooms for most of our stay. Pool is very nice though a lot of wasps around the outdoor shower and the occasional scorpion hiding in the sun loungers to avoid. Access to the property is difficult so would recommend a small car as the roads leading to it are narrow and single track. That however is the price of a secluded location and we were happy to make the journey. The property manager Elena is very helpful and does an excellent job of advising on the local area and solving issues where possible. Could also use a Microwave in the kitchen but that’s a very minor thing. The surrounding area and local towns have all the shops and tourist attractions that the area is known for - coast or mountain attractions all in easy reach. We would definitely recommend the house to anyone who likes a peaceful and relaxing vacation and isn’t worried about the driving on small roads to get there.

We really enjoyed our stay! The house was very nice, located in the mountain with a beautiful view. The house had a big, social kitchen, alot of bathrooms a nice bedrooms. The kitchen could somehow have a better supply of tools/cutlery. The pool was nice and clean and the view from the house and the pool was amazing. A was a bit away from everything, which was great but a little hard to get there since the roads were very small and some of them were closed. Overall a great stay and I can recommend the house.

Wir waren leider nur kurz in diesem schönen Haus. Etwas abgelegen und mit großen Autos nicht ganz einfach zu erreichen, aber das Haus ist gut ausgestattet, der Blick sensationell und der Pool schön groß. Perfekte Kommunikation mit Elena, die auch noch Restaurant Tipps parat hatte. Insgesamt sehr zu empfehlen!

Wir waren im Mai 2018 für ein verlängertes Wochenende zu sechst in diesem wunderschönen toskanischen Domizil zu Gast. Es war ein wunderbarer Aufenthalt, den wir sehr genossen haben. Das Haus ist sehr stilvoll, hochwertig und authentisch-modern eingerichtet. Der liebevoll gepflegte Garten und die schönen Terrassen laden zum Verweilen im Freien ein, sollte man einmal den Sonnenplatz am super schönen Pool tatsächlich verlassen wollen :) von der Terrasse und den Balkonen hat man einen atemberaubenden Ausblick in die saftig-grünen Hügel der Nordtoskana - ein Traum! Die Lage des Häuschens ist in einem toskanischen Bergdorf, ein Auto ist daher notwendig. Doch Restaurants sind in 10-15 min mit dem Auto zu erreichen, nicht viel weiter ist auch ein großer Supermarkt. Dazu ist die schöne Stadt Lucca in einer Stunde zu erreichen, das Meer in ca. 45 min. Die Hausverwalterin vor Ort, Elena, ist ausgesprochen freundlich und hilfsbereit und war stets sehr motiviert, uns alle bestmöglichen Tipps und Infos zukommen zu lassen, vielen Dank dafür! :) Auch die Eigentümer aus Deutschland haben sich vorab telefonisch bei uns gemeldet und gefragt, ob wir alle notwendigen Infos für die Anreise haben, was uns sehr gefreut hat! Summativ ein wirklich tolles toskanisches Häuschen, an dem man ausgezeichnet auspannen und die Seele baumeln lassen kann - wir kommen sehr gerne wieder! A. W. aus München

Fantastiskt fräsch villa med underbar utsikt. Stort plus att alla sovrum hade varsin dusch och toalett. Trots att vi var två familjer, 8 personer sammanlagt, kändes det aldrig trångt. Härlig pool med solstolar. (Vi hade dock en del problem med getingar runt poolen..vet ej om vi bara hade otur eller om det brukar vara så.) Sista biten fram till huset var en väldigt liten och tidvis brant väg, vilket kan vara otrevligt och problematiskt om man har en låg bil. Informationen angående sopsorteringen kunde varit tydligare, även annan information kunde varit bättre uppdaterad. Fanns ingen kaffebryggare som vi svenskar är vana vid men vi tog seden dit vi kom och pressade i kanna. På det stora hela var vi väldigt nöjda med våra två veckor i Vila Luna.
