About this house rental

Casa las Escaleritas is from the 18th century. Century, restored with the help of richtigne combination between traditional and current technicians and construction, to transform it into a practical and versatile dwelling.
The house is situated in the flagen environment 'Los Llanos' in Isora, suitable for agriculture and at an altitude of 800meter above sea level.

Casa las Escaleritas has a large Bedrooms (27m2) on the upper floor. In the lower part of the dining room, living room, bathroom, and bedroom with a Toilete are there. The kitchen with dining area is on a mitteleres level between the ground floor and the first floor. From the kitchen you can go directly to the 'Aljibe' a water tank where it collects as in the old days, the rain water. On the roof of the Aljibes you can have breakfast in the beautiful sunny days.

Outside there is a garden where the hammock of a plum tree and a pear tree hang.
The patio where, formerly celebrated gathering of friends and family members after the order of the fields is directly in front of de door of the living room which leads out onto a path that leads to the parking lot.
From the garden you can on clear days the sister islands of La Gomera and Tenerife and the colossal Mount Teide see.
The house is situated in a rural location, it is very quiet and ideal for relaxation.
Casa Las Escaleritas is located in the northeast of the island of El Hierro, which is a UNESCO protected area since 1999.

My Man, Mario and I have the house designed and made in the construction development even above all were very happy there.

Liebevoll restauriertes Haus mit zwei Terrassen und tollem Blick auf eine vielfältige Landschaft. Nur für das Parken ist die schmale Zufahrtsstraße etwas eng?

Behutsame moderne Ergänzung eines historischen Hauses. Schöne Plätze mit Sonne und Schatten. Gute, vollständige Ausstattung. Großzügiges hohes Schlafzimmer. Sehr großes Bad mit unterschiedlichen Zonen. Sehr ruhig, kein Verkehr. Sehr freundliche Aufnahme und Service. Gut dass dieses Haus von Maria Dolores und Mario den Urlaubern zur Verfügung gestellt wird.

Das Haus ist ganz wunderbar. Die Lage auch. Von den fensternischen im Schlafzimmer und vom Sitzplatz auf der zisterne hat man einen zauberhaften Blick runter ans Meer. Im Winter mit Heizung, allerdings kann es in den Wintermonaten auch mal Nebel geben. Aber irgendwo auf der Insel scheint ja immer die sonne..... umgeben von Wiesen mit Pferden, maultieren, Schafen und Hühnern, Natur pur. Jederzeit wieder.

La maison rénovée et agréable. Toutefois la situation à plus de 800 m d'altitude et sur un côté venté de l'ile ne permet de l'apprécier réellement. En effet en hiver, les radiateurs ne sont pas adaptés au volume des pièces donc la température ambiante nécessite de rester bien couvert. De plus, avec 4 radiateurs allumés ( sur 5 possibles ), l'utilisation d'un sèche- cheveux ou du lave-linge fait disjoncter l'installation. Il faut arrêter deux radiateurs pour ré-enclencherl le disjoncteur. Le lave-linge est par ailleurs assez ancien et il faut se méfier du résultat. Le jardin extérieur pourrait être plaisant mais en hiver totalement inaccessible . L'employée qui gère l'arrivée ou les problèmes ne parle qu'espagnol.
