Die Schlüsselübergabe bei Anreise war mehr als schwierig. Das 2. Schlafzimmer war eher für Kinder geeignet. Die Wohnung hätte sauberer sein können; wie Staub auf den Schränken, Fenster nicht sauber mit Spinnenweben innen verziert. Im Badezimmer zeigte sich Schimmel in Fugen der Dusche. Die Backofentür ließ sich nicht mehr schließen. Auf dem Balkon wachsen schon zwei 15 cm hohe Pflanzen und starker Algenbewuchs auf dem Balkonverkleidung. Die Reinigung der Wohnung sollte mehr kontrolliert werden.
