We had an absolutely wonderful time at this house with our family for Christmas! Jim (the host) went out of his way to make sure everything was perfect for our time there, and was very responsive to any questions we had. The rental was clean and in a perfect location. We couldn't recommend this house enough!

Awesome location, nice views of Mt Mansfield, and quick access to hiking, biking and walking. Also within walking distance to a great bakery and very good restaurants. And easy access to the mid way point of the Stowe rec path. House was awesome. Very private. Great deck and everything you need for a relaxing stay.

This place is a must stay. The location is great - half way between the skiing and the town. The nearby restaurant choices are great and you can get almost anything you could possibly want. The house is well equipped and very clean. It is spacious, pretty and a true home from home.However, the owners take this to the next level. Jim is the warmest, most friendly and supportive owner we have ever experienced through VRBO. He treats you and your family like friends and goes above and beyond to make your stay as comfortable as possible. He gave us a call before we stayed to talk about restaurant options, recommendations of things to do in the area and worked with us to get in ahead of a snow storm. Unfortunately one of our party had an accident and we needed to extend our stay. Jim worked with us to be very flexible and give us options and even found us a back up home to stay if we needed
