About this house rental
Located on the outskirts of Berlin, the house with garden and private parking is located in a quiet settlement. It is therefore suitable as an optimal base for Berlin tourists and business travelers, as well as for visitors with children.
With the S-Bahn (10 minutes walk) is in 30 minutes without change in the city of Berlin (at the station Friedrichstrasse or directly at the Brandenburg Gate).
After the exciting day and the night in Berlin, you can recharge your batteries here in the modern kitchen or relax on the terrace in the garden.
In the 40qm large kitchen you can prepare a fantastic meal, because the modern Alno kitchen offers all kitchen utensils, from the induction cooker, over modern oven, to the side-by-side refrigerator with automatic ice cube maker and water dispenser.
In addition to the bistro seats there is also a large dining table, which also offers enough space for a large group.
You can relax afterwards on the large couch, be it on the satellite TV or the cozy reading evening.
On the 1st floor and 2nd floor are the three bedrooms, and the large bathroom with bathtub.

Overall, the property was fine. Located in a quiet residential neighbor very quiet both day and night. Accommodations were simple but adequate. The lack of TV was an issue for the first few days until that was resolved. Good location for family of patients attending Helios Klinik (hospital). A car is needed to get around.

The house is located about 30-40 minutes by S-Bahn from the centre of Berlin in the quiet suburb of Zepernick. The small group ticket for €20.80 for all 4 of us made public transport easy and cost effective for the day. The house was fully equipped with everything we needed and very clean. The nearby EDEKA had a good variety of food and was only 15 mins walk away. We had a great stay. Thank you.

Sehr schön eingerichtete Ferienwohnung, leider ohne Verdunkelung in den Schlafräumen. Ansonsten fehlte es an nichts und wir haben uns gleich wohl gefühlt. Internet ist ausbaufähig. Leider ging die wlan Verbindung immer wieder verloren. Für Kleinkinder fehlt ein kleiner Hocker im Bad. Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin zwecks Urlaubsverlängerung war problemlos und uns wurde geholfen. Im großen und ganzen zu empfehlen.
