About this apartment rental
This condo offers, 2 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, central a/c, fully stocked kitchen, washer/dryer and includes free WiFi and Cable TV. This community is ideally situated just a 6-7 minute walk to several beach accesses, shopping & numerous dining options in the heart of the fun and safe tourist/ expat town of Punta Cana, called El Cortecito. Great proximity with the Punta Cana International Airport 22 minute drive, San Juan Super mall, 16 minute drive, 9 championship golf courses just 4 - 35 minute drive away. Palma Real Mall just a 4 minute drive away. Sidewalks are now in, so ease in walking is possible nearly everywhere.
By car – just a 4 to 35 minute drive to the Punta Cana International airport; large and modern shopping malls and plazas offering supermarkets, international brand name shops, IMAX theatres, 9 championship golf courses, hospitals and clinics, ocean parks, water parks & much more! The rental car company is directly next door to our property management office.

I actually loved the condo, clean, when they said "brand new" that is correct, very modern. Nice comfortable bed/pillows. Just nice to wake up sit on the balcony, enjoy the view, sit by the pool and chill. a Shout out to Chris who took us around and lives at the complex, the security guys were very nice (not good w/ English but they did understand a little), my BIG complaint, we resided in Bldg E and there was a construction project during our stay
(14-days) and like clock work every morning at 7 am the banging started our room was directly at the point where the building was taking place, yep you get my point, that was not good but ............the complex was well maintained, the other residents were not friendly no big deal, the beach was a walk away and great places to dine or if you want cook there are 3 large grocery stores a taxi ride away and a smaller one a few blocks away, well stocked. Beware of the people on motor bikes, scouters they ride like crazy and will run you over. there are areas you would not venture into but for the most part you are safe (I'm from Chicago) and I felt safe, there are the "elements" were ever you go w/in this Universe, you count your blessings.
All in all the pleasure of staying here, was just that, a pleasure, relaxing and worth every day there, a beautiful vacation in a beautiful location staying in a beautiful condo.
