Located in a pine forest of parasol pines and oleanders, you will enjoy the garden with aromatic fragrances, the smell of sea spray and songs of cicadas. The proximity of the beach "Nartelle" is a real advantage that you will enjoy: a few steps and hop in the water!

Die kleine Ferienwohnung liegt innerhalb einer ruhigen Wohnanlage, nur ca. 100 m vom sehr schönen Sandstrand La Nartelle entfernt. Die Wohnung ist völlig in Ordnung, allerdings ziemlich voll gestellt und zwei Kühlschränke, zwei Mikrowellen und zwei Kaffeemaschinen braucht man nun wirklich nicht.

Nous avons passé un bon séjour à Ste Maxime. L’appartement est très bien situé avec sa proximité de la plage. Bien équipé pour passer de bonnes vacances. La propriétaire est très accessible et réactive en cas de besoin.

Nous avons passé une bonne semaine à la plage. La proximité avec celle ci est très appréciable mais le logement est décevant: pas de possibilité d'ombre ( pergola et parasol cassés), clim au fond du logement( donc très froid dans la chambre pour avoir un peu de frais dans le salon) et pas de bain de soleil... dommage.
La résidence est calme et agréable.
