Great property in a great location. Spotless and comfortable. The owner had thought of absolutely everything anyone would need whilst on holiday. Could not think of one single fault.

The House was very spacious, well laid out & very well equipped, It was warm & cosy with the open fire going in the lounge, but it is obvious that this house will be amazing in warmer months with all the large windows facing out to see with direct sunlight on them most of the day. Location is superb, quiet, but 20 meters from the beach, right next to a good restaurant, but around the corner from it so it is still secluded. Everything in the house works well & Wi-Fi is very good.
Genuinely for our stay I cannot think of a negative point, but as the property is next to the beach & restaurant, the restaurant has a lawned garden which is in front of the house, Not a problem in the winter, but it may encroach on the houses privacy in the summer..

Brilliant location, beautiful house with amazing views and Criccieth is a pretty town with a great beach. There is loads to do in the Llyn peninsula / Snowdonia and this property is highly recommended as a base, and has a great restaurant next door
